Physical Description
Igor is a freakishly tall entity that appears to be a creepy old man. His nose outdoes most beaks and his eyes are large. He has very tiny pupils and a rather wide mouth. His shoulders are broad and hunched and his legs are very spindly, given a sort of sharp triangle shape to his form witht he base being at the top. He does tend to creep people out.
He has pasty white skin, although it does begin to darken just past the base of his nose and towards the tip is an ugly shade of pink, not of a healthy humans ort at all. His ears are long and extend back rather than up. They come to a sharp point and form a traingle in a similar fashion to his basic shape. He has thing white hair that starts about half way down his head and extends to a medium length, much of it brushed behind his ears. His eyeberows are very proununced and shaggy and are black in color.
Igor is never seen wearing anything other than a black suit. His shirt is white and his tie is more of a silk ribbon, the knot being at his throat and each half hanging down. He has on white pianist gloves over his freakishly long hands. His shoes are polished black dress shoes and his feet are long and narrow.
Weapons
He's never been shown to have any weapons, but given the abilities of his subordinates, one can take a stab that any would be pretty much a waste of space for him.
Abilities/Powers
They are undefined but not generally given as the sort you'd like to test. He could in theory be defeated, as could anything, but he has never been seen in a fight. It is theorized he has access to every Persona in existance, even ones not known about by living users. His leader represents the creative potential of the collective subconscious, which is what Personas are an offshoot of, therefore granted him an Akashic grasp of every one that has ever existed. He has quite a few powerful spells under his belt, and in theory he may have every one in existance. This makes him all together overpowered... or would if he interacted with more than a select few beings.
An offshoot of "powers" is that he is quite likely tied to the Velvet Room, a room which manifests as different from person (or group of person) to persons. It exists between the conscious and unconscious, perhaps better described as a dream then anything else. Arguably he could leave, but he has never shown any inclination too.
Igor has shown an inclination towards omniscience, but this is actually an illusion created by his knowledge of the human subconscious. See Skills.
Skills
Igor is a complete master of the human subconscious, putting the likes such as Jung and Freud to complete shame. The fact that his master is a manifestation of the creative potential has great effect on this. He can not see the future, although with the Velvet Room existing beyond human time frames, its not clear just where within existance he stands. He can simply see all possible outcomes and the potential for each.
He also dodges questions and spins riddles with nearly unrivaled skill. He knows the secret thoughts of those humans he interacts with. He can not read their minds, far from it, merely have a mapped understanding of their subconscious. He makes decisions for no one, but he has a habit of presenting only the information that furthers the way things should be as dictated by his master.
Personality
Igor seems an enigma. He seems a fair bit the Magnificent Bastard, but doesn't really fit. He is frank while still managing to speak in riddles wrapped in puzzles. He can speak for a long time and say nothing and his rare insults are of the most polite sort. He seems greatly amused by humanity and offers advice only if the person before him wishes it... although this is a decision made by their subconscious, meaning he will ignore conscious attempts for him to quit speaking.
He can be annoyed, but it is rare. He tends to become even more polite when that has occurred. When in private with members of the Velvet Room he does show more emotion. He has lectured before and does get overwhelmed. None of this has a human ever seen. He does give compliments, but they are rare.
History
Igor appeared as a proprieter of the Velvet Room when the power of Persona came into being, at the birth of the gap between the conscious and subconscious. Throughout history of more than one world he has served as the keeper of the Velvet Room. When the power of Persona was needed in the 80s of one world, he rose in that position once again. In 2009, decisions made by his master lead to him and a single attendant guiding a blue haired boy to saving the world. He resurfaced to help said boy's friends, and yet again in 2011 to help a silver haired boy discover the truth.
He appeared between dream and reality to give the push the blue haired boy from before needed to avert the end of the world once more. He is ever present, and his position within the Velvet Room grants him access to all worlds...

He's overpowered to say the least, but he functions in an extremely limited frame. At the moment, he is only possible to use with a plot with FF.
