Minato blinked at Ryoji's explanation. Actually, that made a lot of sense. They could have met Igor during that time. Though for what reason, Minato had no clue. As far as he knew, everything should have been fine since he sealed Nyx.
Koromaru gave a confirming bark at Ryoji's question. He had indeed met Igor. The whole group of them had met SEES after temporarily driving Erebus back.
"So something happened after I..." Minato didn't seem to want to finish that sentence. "Dammit! I should have been there to help them!"

"I... I'm not sure how you came back at all," Ryoji said with a worried expression, "It shouldn't have been possible. I'm really glad you did, but..."
Ryoji let himself trail off. That was one of the things he thought about in the many things he replayed in his head. He was pretty sure his return had something to do with Minato's, but how had Minato's happened at all? He'd mentioned Elizabeth before and that he should know about that, but even with that he had a body. There had to be some kind of very strong outside force responsble.
"Anyways, if this Igor guy knows, maybe you should talk to him. Do you know where he lives?"

Minato didn't say anything as Ryoji trailed off. Honestly, Minato didn't know how he was alive, either. Even if Elizabeth had freed his soul, that didn't explain how he'd reincarnated. Minato had always thought that would mean he'd just have moved on to whatever afterlife there was. He turned toward Ryoji again as he brought up Igor and shook his head.
"I used to be able to access the Velvet Room through Tartarus, but not anymore," Minato said. "...Maybe if I dream hard enough, I can get there. Igor used to call me in my dreams whenever he needed to talk to me about something important."
Koromaru only gave a small whine. He was still confused, about everything except Igor and the Velvet Room, and that was because he'd been to the Velvet Room once. Everything else, he had no clue on.

Ryoji looked confused again. Dreams? So it was something out of the ordinary, and it didn't seem connected to Persona specifically. And if Koromaru had seen him, it wasn't related to Wild Card either. He wasn't sure how Minato intended to go about dreaming hard enough, but he gave a nod in confirmation to his question. He looked at Koromaru as he whined and gave a reassuring smile.
"I don't get it either, Koromaru," Ryoji said. He looked towards Minato, "Should we get him home? It's not like we're going to come up with anyway to find Kaiba like this."

Minato gave a small laugh as Ryoji admitted he didn't understand it to Koromaru. He nodded at Ryoji's suggestion.
"Yeah, let's get him home. Come on, Koromaru," Minato said. He straightened up again, and Koromaru gave a bark. He ran a bit ahead of Minato, and Minato couldn't help but chuckle.
"Wait up, Koromaru, you don't even know how to get there!" Minato called.
