Physical Description: A Girl with short hair colored brown, and large light brown colored eyes. Her skin is fair, and she’s really skinny. She’s short, and often seen as a boy due to the fact she had cut her hair. She usually wears a boy uniforms, but occasionally a girl’s uniform. Her wardrobe is usually boys clothes, period.

Skills: She can cook, clean, and basically take care of herself as well as others. She’s also a stellar genius, and also the fact she’s able to Withstand Tamaki. Now THAT’S a skill. Regardless she’s also got miscellaneous talents like riding a horse.
Personality: Haruhi is above all independent and straight-forward and believes that your gender shoudn't define your personality. Since she was raised differently from the other schoolchildren, she displays more practical, down to earth, responsible qualities and is not easily swooned by the charms of the other hosts like the other girls. Even when she first meets the hosts, she only reacts nervously instead of becoming immediately infatuated like most of the girls. Haruhi has a deeper voice than other female students, so she is not easily recognized as a girl.
Although habitually unflappable, it is shown that she fears thunderstorms (astrophobia), which terrifies her to the point she is stricken with paralysis. She enjoys peace and quiet, doesn't mind working, and is a fanatic about fancy tuna, which is used to bribe her during the physical exams to get involved in some of the more odd Host Club schemes.
At her old school, she had many friends and was asked out a lot, showing she was somewhat more sociable than at Ouran. Even so, she becomes a popular Host with her regular conversation and charming smile. She often shows her exasperation and distaste for the club, and even her fellow members, when she really does care deeply about them, as they do for her though not all will admit it (Kyoya,"Mori").
History: She was born into a normal family, but with some events that occured, her mother died at the Age of 5. From then on, despite her father’s efforts not to, she began to take care of herself. Her Father became a Tran bar person, and worked hard for Haruhi’s sake, and eventually she was later enrolled with high scores into Ouran Highschool. When Haruhi went there however, she changed her hairstyle to short and couldn’t afford a uniform while losing her contacts. She looked like a boy entered The Ouran Host Club indirectly. Assumed to be gay at first, she was made to be the club dog after breaking a expensive vase by mistake. It clicked with everyone (save Kyouya, who always knew) that she was a girl eventually.
Upon series of events her adventure grew more frantic and weirder as the months passed by with the finale of herself falling in love with Tamaki. However, in short span of time this changed when Tamaki shifted over to Kyouya. Taking it harshly at first, she lost interest and didn’t care. She feels a lack of need for romantic lifestyle at the time.
