Physical Description
Larry is a tall caucasian man who looks like he could use with a few extra pounds of food each day. He looks a fair bit like a beanpole. His long-ish length grey hair is pulled back into a short ponytail, the slightly twisted tail's tip coming to the base of his shoulder blades. It only falls a touch further when its down, which is almost never.
He has grey-blue eyes and thin eyebrows that look to be a result of plucking rather than genetics. His face is a bit better rounded then the rest of his body, which looks like its never seen a gym in its entire life. He has a pair of silver framed reading glasses with rather small round lenses that he tends to keep clipped into his breast pocket. He is always seen wearing a breast pocket.
He tends to wear long sleeves that button in the front. He has no color preferences, but does tend to avoid patterns. He always has on a brown belt with a large silver bucklet that has L2 etched into it. Its a custom job. He tends to wear dark pants and is usually seen in a pair of practical brown shoes, good for moving around a lot in. He only dresses up for public appearances, in which he favors a simple suit.

Abilities/Powers
When it comes to Ideya, his natural inclination is towards Intelligence, but everyone has inclinations towards at least one Ideya so its nothing special. He doesn't have any actual powers, being a normal human.
Skills
Larry has good organizational skills and is quite the negotiator. He's a talent agent and has the skills to back it up. He's moderately good at reading people, but does far better at it in a business context. He has a good poker face.
Personality
Larry is pretty shrewd and very stubborn. He knows what it takes to be a success as a performing artist in the current market, and isn't shy about shoving his clients into that route. Show up in the tabloids? Wonderful! Bad press is the best press. He isn't a bad person, but he's set in his ways and very adamant about following those ways. People don't tend to burn out under his representation, but a lot of them do end up feeling a little empty about their accomplishments. He doesn't represent the big stars, but he does do good for their public image.
He's a little blind to how much a person can take sometimes, though. He's quite likely to shout that his newest star client is faking then actually tired of the situation. He's fair, but strict, and often thinks that if someone can't keep up with the pace of being famous they shouldn't even try.

He dropped out of college two years in and he was twenty four before life began to arrange itself again. He managed to get a job at a talent agency and showed a bit of a knack for spotting people. He'd eventually get his own agency, where he gave his special attention only to one or two people.
About a year back, he met a girl named Claris Sinclair. He'd heard about her singing in high school, and she was trying to become professional. He offered her a record deal and she ended up becoming quite popular, and quite fast. He's been a bit of a slave driver towards her since then, and doesn't really see how disillusioned about the whole mess she is slowly becoming.
