Out in an arena, there was a young boy who was making two of his Pokemon, Charizard and Squirtle, sparring each other. This boy was Red, the Pokemon Champion. "Come on, Squirtle, don't give up!" He yelled out. "And never underestimate size, Charizard!"

Latanya landed in the arena out of nowhere, panting softly and wiping her forehead. "That was a close one... I thought I'd never get away."

The two Pokemon immediatly stopped and turned at the strange girl that landed. Red walked into the arena and saw her. The three looked at each other before approaching the girl.

She wasn't looking at them. She was staring at the jewel piece in her hand. "I should put this away," she said to herself before pocketing it. She then turned and jumped back when she saw Red and his two Pokemon. The self-control she had trained herself to wield kept her from just blasting them into oblivion.

Charizard walked up to her and smelled her. Something about her smelled strange to him. "Enough Charizard." Red said. He walked over to the girl. "Who are you, and where did you came from?"

"I'm Latanya, I came from the El Grande Mall back in Void City, and I've had enough near-death experiences for one day. Is there someplace I can stay... Silly me, this is an arena," Latanya said, just noticing the seats. Cue anime sweatdrop. "Anyway..." She began to walk towards the exit.

Red scratched the back of his head. "Maybe we can help you." He said. "My name is Red, a Pokemon Trainer. Actually... THE best Pokemon Trainer."

"Good for you. I'm Latanya, one of the few last remaining Saiyans in the world and probably the last female Saiyan in the world," Latanya said, then sighed. "Sorry I'm not as polite and friendly as I usually am, but could anyone truely pull on such a charade when they're tired after nearly meeting Death again?"

Lucario happened to notice the aura that her jewel piece was giving off.
She has a jewel piece? he thought to himself , How come I didn't sense it before?
(Just as a heads up, please tell me if a certain character has found a jewel piece in any of your rps, because I need to add them to the jewel piece list 'kay?)

"A Saiyan...?" Red asked. "First I heard of your kind... Anyways, what just happened to you?"
Charizard and Squirtle turned their attention to Lucario. Being Pokemon, they were able to communicate to him. "How long have you been there?" Charizard asked. (Just a heads up. The Pokemon don't talk, but I'm just typing what they're saying to Lucario)

"Funny you didn't noticed him, Charizard." Squirtle, said, laughing. Charizad swung tail at him as way to punish him. He turned his attention back to Lucario. "You look interested in that girl... Why?"

She's holding something very important, he replied , I don't know how I overlooked it. I want to retrieve it from her but I don't know if I should. Not sure if her intentions are good or bad...
