Physical Description
Elyara looks a lot better then most undead due to her natural elvin glamour. Instead of looking rotten and decayed, her body managed to remain intact. Yet she still reeks of death and her skin is still dark and blue, already a rotted color. Her hair, once blonde, has lost all luster and is now a jet black, falling down her body. Her eyes are red orbs, with no whites or blacks. She wears dark leather mostly, like any dark ranger, but sometimes wears a more fitting Hunter set.
Weapons
As a Huntress, Elyara does carry twin swords to use in case of melee combat, but prefers ranged combat. As an elf, it shouldn't be hard to assume she uses a bow. She also has a pet spider named Shatar, and in Azeroth, spiders are huge, so... naturally he helps in combat.
Abilities/Powers
Hunters specialize only in damage. As a result, their trees dictate how effective they are at what they do. Beast Masters hold a stronger bond with their pet. They teach their pets more advanced things and their pets are more willing to do what it is they are told to do. But since Elyara is undead, she can't really form these bonds. So she is a specialized Marksman and Survivalist. Marksmen train more with their ranged weapons and thus are more accurate with them and able to deal more damage with them while Survivalists get more effectiveness out of their traps and the poisons they dip their ammunition in.
Skills
Cooking, Fishing, First Aid, and Archaeology. Blah. As a Hunter, Elyara is also a skinner and, from the skins of those animals she hunts, she fashions armors as a Leatherworker.
Personality
Elyara is considered odd. Despite being dead, she actually has a positive outlook on things. However, this may be considered sadism, as while she gets joy out of everything she does, this means everything, including killing. May be a side effect of being dead and thus being against all that is natural and moral. She doesn't brood or get "emotional" like a few of the undead, but she's also not cautious and distrusting like many of the others. She's willing to use the Horde to enjoy life as, being undead, she can't really befriend them.
History
In life, Elyara was a normal servant of the High Elvin kingdom of Quel'Thalas. Hundreds of years to grow, she still did not have an utterly exciting childhood to speak of. During the Second War, she served against the Amani Empire, but she was only a soldier, nothing more. Then the Third War came. Arthas and the Scourge were marching through the defenses of Quel'Thalas effortlessly and, as the elves tried to hold them off and stop them, it was all in vain. Elyara was one of the many elves slaughtered and raised into banshee servants. She was also one of the many to be freed from his grasp during his wane in power after Archimonde's fall to the combined forces of the Alliance, Horde, and Night Elvin Sentinels. She's possessed many a body in the name of Sylvanas, yet when the time came to create the Forsaken's kingdom, she reclaimed an elvin body and remained as a sort of spy. She's done great recon for the Horde during the times before and after the opening of the Dark Portal and the war upon the Lich King. Yet when the Cataclysm struck and the Forsaken felt the need to train hunters, she reclaimed her ranger roots and took up one of the spiders they had started breeding and training for his purpose. She now serves alongside a strike team... with a Paladin as one of the group. Joy.
