"It's very nice to meet you. My name is Fate T. Harlaown," Fate said. "Alright, I'm cutting the feed now. I'll be there in about five minutes."
It was really much sooner than that when she walked over there. Fate was still in her military uniform, and in fact, would have looked like a normal military official if it hadn't been for the fact that she was carrying a black machine-like magical staff.
"Ah, hello," Fate said as she approached them. She looked between Chibiusa and Goten. The boy seemed rather muscular, while the girl was shorter than the video feed had been able to properly show her. Fate gave a small bow to the two of them.

Goten had to take a pause. He came from a dimension where oddities were a common thing, but still. The black machine-like magical staff? Bit of a shocker. Not to mention Chibiusa had mentioned something about a 'wand'. And he couldn't make the logical assumption that anyone else would've made(starts with a 'w', ends with 'witch', and/or magical girl), because the only person from his world with actual 'magic' was Babidi. And she didn't use a wand. So, yeah. Surprised.
He returned with a small bow of his own, before turning to Chibiusa. Best to focus on the task at hand than his own utter surprise.
"Can you remember where you saw her, so maybe we could start our search in that... general area?" Goten asked. It was a stretch, yes. But maybe, just MAYBE, she'd still be close. I mean, really, who changed spot in just two weeks? It took people from his world at LEAST 30 episodes.

(OOC: I'm gonna start calling her Usagi in the narration. Its not like "20th century Usagi" is running around atm, so it works. Also, Eiki is my fan civilian name for Sailor Pallas. Tateno Eiki, which sounds like Wisdom of the Shield but uses different kanji the way most of the Sailor Moon names do.)
Usagi glanced at Goten, "It wouldn't be really useful. Like I said, it's been around two weeks. Oh, but there are apartments in town! Maybe she got one there? I don't think she had one when I was there last, but like I said, two weeks. If Mercury were here, she could probably figure something out with her supercomputer... Eiki-chan might be able to work something out, but she isn't here," she bit her lip, "Is there a special kind of place that can repair those wands? They seem like magic based technology..."
As for that being an odd observation, Usagi didn't even think of it. Where and when she came from, magic based technology was the main source of technological know how in the entire galaxy, the Crystal Palace being anything but an exception. To many worlds, just a statement like that was rather out there. Even in worlds with it, it wasn't something "civilians" often ran around knowing about.

Fate blinked a bit at Chibiusa's observation. While most people on Mid-Childa knew about magical based technology, this world had seemed more like Earth than Mid-Childa. Hence, she hadn't really expected too many people to know. Then again, there was still the fact that this world was definitely very well connected to other dimensions...
"Nanoha-san may have visited a shop like that. But I wouldn't know where to find one..." Fate said. "Would you two mind aiding me in that endeavor?"
Inwardly, Fate was freaking a tad bit. Nanoha had been around here, but it had been two weeks since Usagi had seen her. Nanoha hadn't reported back in so much of a longer time. Fate was sure something must have happened if she hadn't reported back. Not much of this crossed her face, though. She was trying to remain calm and collected.
