The orange cloaked teen sat staring out of the alleyways. She was trying to find a good place to start her business, but unfortunatly it wasn't going so well. Most people wanted their fortune read, not their PAST read, and that wasn't good for business.
If it was possible to see her face, she'd be frowning like no tomorrow. How can I find someone to help turn my fortune reading around? So far, I can't even tell fortunes without my wand...

Finally desiding staying put wasn't an option, Merissa got up and folded her table, all that was on it being put into her cloak. Her brilliant white eyes and pink hair all that was visable beyond her witches hat and cloak, It was a bit hard to see how truly pretty she was behind the hiding shadows.
Just as she turned around, she made direct physical contact with a boy, Henry to be precise. The bump made her hat fall off, revealing her pretty freckled face. "Oh, please forgive me, I wasn't... wait..."
spinning somewhat frantically, she grabbed the hat and shoved it back on her head, hoping no-one saw her face. her white eyes were definatly full of worry, however. "...you didn't see, did you?"

Wait... a vision? this kid in front of her said Dale had a vision, didn't he? "Excuse me, You with the blue hair... could I see you for a moment?" she said, somewhat shy. "I... I've been a bit slow in my business lately, and would like to... uh..."
It was hard to put into words. Her only real skill was to see into someone's mind and pull out memories even the owner didn't remember, hence her ability to see the past. Seeng the future wasn't something she could really do, not just yet, anyway.

"My name is Merissa," she stated softly, giving a polite curtsey before standing straight again. "A Shaman from Rougeport, and training to be a fortune teller. but that's coming out a bit horribly right now..." she couldn't hold back her worry. then she perked back up. "Now, Dale, is it? hold on for just a moment." She reached into her pockets and pulled out a magic wand, giving him a stern look.
"Are you ready?"

She closed her eyes, concentrating a strange force of energy around her. as with other members of her tribe, the area seemed to grow dark as she began.
"Those that run a path of fate, Will fear there lives won't end so late, but those who's hearts are filled and bold aren't afraid of telling tales once TOLD!"
A flash of red immediately covered Dale, possibly putting him in something of a trance. Merissa looked intranced, as well, her wand's point making contact with him. She was looking through asorted memories, he wouldn't remember them, no, but even those he couldn't remember were being seen.
(OOC: I'll put it simply. make small narrations and voices of Dale in an italic box, alowing her to see his past events. He's not going to see them when she does; she's mastered that one skill well.)

(either way is fine, but the summary definatly took the cake.)
With a hefty amount of groaning, Merissa finally managed to break out of the invited trance. Gaining knowledge of that level, that fast, could cause anyone to lose their grip. Even now, some of it was fading from her mind.
"Dale... Dale, are you awake now?" she asked gently, trying to lull him out of the trance she'd placed on him. "I never would have believed one boy would have gone through so much in his lifetime... even now, I'm sure your parents worry about where you've gone, what your doing, or even if your with your brother.
"But most importantly, remember this; true bravory comes from fear. That fight within the hotel, that was very brave of you to do something like that. Never lose hope, Dale, even in the darkest hour. Because, it's true, that through the most beutiful rose lies the trechorus pain of thorns, the same can be said the other way. The only way to earn something is to fight for it, even if it's an impossible fight." She slowly lifted her hands from his shoulders, hoping her wisdom wasn't ignored.
"Do forgive me, seeing the future isn't my forte, but seeing one's past is," she said with a giggle. "And seeing what's already done is as good as seeing what could be, isn't it?"

"Oh, no thank you," she quickly responded. "I've actually decided to do this line of work for longer. Maybe... I can even..."
Her white eyes quickly grew. "Oh, no, nevermind. I'll keep it a secret for now,"

"All i can say," she began, "Is it could help someone with even the harshest of nightmares." She had little more to say after that.

"I see, that is a big responsiility... I'm sorry I can't invite you inside, I haven't really set up a-"
She froze. She was forseeing an event, something she couldn't do on her own will. She was seeing... a huge beast. A very large one with unimaginable electric power. "...oh dear, that is NOT good vision."

Her eyes were filled with dread. something was bound to happen- no, something was going to happen, and they were in the way of it. "It's... hopefully nothing... Maybe I'm off, as usual..."
But when a pair of large stomps were in hearing range, she looked worried. "Oh please, not now..."

"I have no need for it," she said, pushing it away. "I've learned to handle myself in a fight."
As seconds became minutes, an overly massive creature with no head (but still had a face) and massive arms slugged his way over. With a tan body and Navy blue and Maroon body symbols, it was no guess he'd be something scary to look at.
"Don't believe this," the massive being said, "That stupid portal brought me into a land of Humans! I do NOT like humans in the least! They're-" Just as he passed the alleyway, he spotted them with his left, minus symbol eye. "What the- Well speak of the Devil!"

(just a reminder: he's just above 7 or so feet, so he's not really that big.)
Sparking nearly lost it. "Why you little-! THIS IS WHY YOUR SPECIES IS VERMIN TO ME!" Not wanting to make any form of contact at this point, he held up his left arm, blue negative sparks shooting off and at them (in a manner similar to pokemon attacks).
Being it was a very widespread blast, Merissa ducked out of the way, just to get grazed by it a second later.

Smashing down with a massive thud, he rose back up. "Grr, you stupid kid!" His right hand tensed up, sparks emitting from it and then surrounding his hand in yellow. Balled into a fist, he charged straight at Nick and slammed a massive Electric punch right into him, though not doing much damage, it did force him backwards.
"I sure hope you take back what you said, or this fight's going to be a heck of a lot harger for you twerps to win," Sparking grinned, his upper fangs visable despite the armor like growth around his lower jaw. He pointed to the + and - on his right and left arms, respectfully.
"You guys must have learned about what happens when opposing charges come together, don't you?" His eyes darted between each of them, a grin stitched to his face.
Merissa's hat almost fell off. "You... wouldn't dare, would you?"
"I will, unless that blue haired 'hero' wants to appologize,"

Sparking's eyes looked down to the shrimp. "Hmmph, your lucky I'm not in the mood to kick your rear, kid. But you're right about one thing; I never really met a human before, I was just to busy ordering my loyal subjects to deep fry the ones that got too close."
"Deep fry?!" Merissa's hat tumbled down, revealing her pretty face, right before she put it right back on. "That's mass murder!"
"It's pest extermination and they tresspassed first!" Sparking's arms were crossed. "But I'll try to siese fire on them next chance I get... Oh, and forgive me, all of you," He lowered into a bow, strange considering kings rarely bow unless they're being polite.
Oh wait...

"We'd probably be evenly matched anyway... Or I'd kick your butts in record time. Doesn't matter to me," His grin never faded, but he wouldn't let them leave. "Now hold on! Who said i was going to leave you twerps alone? not me. You came out here and we met, so it's only polite that i show you my super awesome power! You game?"
"You won't use it against us?" Merissa's hands were on her hips.
"King's honor."
