Blaine stepped from the portal first trailed by his coat, followed a few seconds later by Demon, her face shadowed by her hair.
"Isn't this just a perfect place sister?" He said turning toward Demon.
She grunted and looked up at him. "If you like the noise, its to close t the city for my tastes."
He laughed in response walking of to an area with a few less portals. "I've always envyed your sarcasim dear sister."
"Can it, I don't care Blaine because we both know I'm you 'dear' nothing." She stopped jsut beside Blaine her arms folded clearly in a bad mood. "Well what are you waiting for? Arn't you going to call up the gate?"
Blaine just smiled a sadistic smile and bowed toward her. "That Demon is your job this year, I my self have to do the summoning."
"You have something planned don't you?" Demon accused jabing a finger in his direction .
"Aww you wound me so!" He said with a dramatic flourish, "But yes I do, Wayward spirits have a way of cause mass panic in the mortal realm, if you remember. What if i jsut want to inisute some of this panic?"
Demon rolled her eyes and Removed her coat. "Find jsut leave me out of what ever it is your disturbed mind has twisted. I'm only here to raise the gate and do my duty, nothing else." She settled herself onto the ground and entered a meditative state.
Blaine laughed again standing straight and pullign out his blades connected with the chain. "I wouldn't dream of it sister....."
He swung the blade out over his head, Glowing red. It sent up a shrill sound, traveling all over the island. The call was sent out to the more evil of the residents, acting something like sweet ambrosa is to the gods. For what he had planned several more people woiuld be needed.
(If you've ever seen little vampire, blaine is doing pretty much what the older brother did at the end of the movie with the amulet to summon the vampires, except with his blade.)
