Weapons
His leather jacket has a patch in it that amplifies his already-powerful abilities. It's his Tier 3 weapon, Save the Queen. He has powerful offensive magic, as well, though his Buffs/Debuffs as well as his healing magic leave something to be desired.
Abilities/Powers
As a Pulse L'Cie, he has an eidolon that he can summon. Technically, he has two, the Shiva Sisters, Stiria and Nix. They can combine into a motorcycle that he can ride on.
Skills
Even without Save the Queen amplifying his abilities, Snow is a powerful fighter and a natural tank. He can take quite the beating and still keep fighting. That's why Sentinel is one of his best Paradigms. As a Commando, he packs the powerful "Sovereign Fist" ability.
Personality
Snow always will help those who need it. He doesn't stand for injustice, will not give up, and more often than not doesn't have a plan. As he himself says, "Heroes don't need plans!" ...Of course, that was his slightly stupider 21-year-old self. His older self is a little more level-headed, though he is still impulsive.
History
Snow Villiers was born in Bodhum, Cocoon, where he grew up alongside a group of friends that he fought off monsters with... calling themselves NORA, meaning "No Rules, Obligations, or Authority." This group would later become the center of a resistance movement against an oppressive governing body in the Sanctum.
During some period of time before the events of Final Fantasy XIII, Snow met Lightning's younger sister Serah and fell in love. He would later propose to her, much to Lightning's anger. Serah would be turned into a Crystal and Snow would fight alongside Lightning and four other L'Cie to stop the evil plot to destroy Cocoon. After that, Lightning disappeared; Snow and Serah had not yet gotten married, but had been living together for two years. He believed Serah when she said that Lightning was still out there somewhere, and left to find her, giving Serah his necklace. He would later disappear, as well.
While he and Serah would later reunite in a different time period... there's still that period of time he vanished. Well, he ended up coming across a mysterious portal on his travels... and, thinking Lightning might be wherever it lead to... jumped right in, not thinking. Some things would never change.
Other
Snow can Paradigm Shift on his own here, and can only use that Paradigm's skills when in it. It takes a couple seconds to shift, but not nearly as long as it did on his first journey.
