(Joan nods as to answer the glitched question) "Yeah. Our four players escaped for the most part, but as for our guardians...." Joan trails off.

==> OUCH...
Yeah.... You know how that feels. You look at Joan a long hard moment before you pat her on the back out of comfort. "Hey, you guys got off lucky I think..."
==> Elaborate
You lower your head after a moment, "I lost my mom and my sister in my own game... But along with them, I lost all of the other players as well... I know of only one survivor from my session along with myself." You hope you don't look too sad or pitiful as you say this. "So like I said, I think you got off lucky all things considered."

===> Double Ouch
You shrink back slightly. "I'm sorry to hear that. But on the bright side we have a new place to live and we're not exactly fearing for our lives," Joan offers with a small goofy smile.

==> Alex; Pessimist Time
You really don't want to be pessimistic... But really you can't help it. Everything was going so perfectly on the island, and it had been for a while. You had a troll for a room-mate and a very sweet one at that, and you often baby-sat a little filly named Sweetie Belle. Things were going over so well...
And you're experience more then let you know that when things look their best, that's usually when things start going bad. "Yes.... But for how long? I'm sorry if I sound pessimistic... But I can't help it. So much has happened... Who knows if something more is going to happen here."

You nod to his point.
"True. But this could be the new world that we worked for," Joan offers trying to fine the silver lining of this instance. "But maybe this is where Skaia meant to send us."
==> Dismiss Zillyhoo
You honestly forgot that you had your hammer out.
"Sorry about that. I bet that it's kind of wierd with me having the4 weapon still out," Joan apologizes.

==> Wave off weapon
(Aaron is seen waving off the statement and the hammer.)
"Nah, don't worry about it, I perfectly understand. The situation was not perfect in Sburb. Having our weapons out at all times was usually quite necessary." Having said that, you shrug a bit. I don't have my weapon out because I've been on this island for a while. I'm used to walking around without it." You then pull your staff out of a dark hole that appears in mid-air... Though only pull it out part of the way.
"But I do keep it close by. You know, just in case. You should do the same."
==> Notice surroundings
You do as such, noting that the musty and dusty smell is starting to get to you. "In the meantime though, we should perhaps get out of here... I never did like the mining tunnels on this island; there's no telling WHAT you'll run into down here."

==> You nod.
"You mind leading the way? I think I got lost a while back," Joan replied.

==> Alex; Lead the way
(The Thief of Void nods gently.)
Okay, that made sense. Given her Hero of Wind clothes you had a feeling she'd be a bit too much of a free spirit to keep track of direction. TSI was a lot like this chick. "Sure thing, you just stick close and I'll have you out of here in no time."
And with that, you walk down the tunnel, keeping the pace slow enough for the me mysterious girl to keep up.

==> Stick close
(You do just that)
"Thanks for helping me out, Aaron," Joan replied with a smile.
