It has been confirmed that Zero has arrived on the island via unknown means. It is unknown how he was aware of CRLMT's presence on the island. Zero has been sighted at Mt. Bonsai and Sector 9. Zero is responsible for an intentional D.E.V.A. infection/manifestation on Mt. Bonsai. It has been confirmed that his presence triggered the D.E.V.A. that infected Nightmare. It is unknown when Nightmare was infected. An investigation is ongoing.
So long as Zero possesses Demon Gear Sigma, the possibilities of a genuine Thadeus Manifestation is extremely high. Officers are on standby to evacuate all island inhabitants if needed. The Memetic Kill Satellite is on standby for total island demolition if Thadeus manifests.
Side Note: Project (REDACTED) has been put on hold for the time being, and all challenges for use by Jaron Roxai have been canceled.
