Physical Description
A tiny fairy type Lowen specifically designed to be Fennel's best friend. She wears two layers of clothing- a little red dress on top with yellow cloud lining, a pink version of a messenger Sprite's usual uniform underneath (complete with red lining on the wind symbol), and a Red hat with a yellow rim on top- a heart shape apparent in the front. Her personal Wave Bell- the Jingle Jumbler, is on the back of her hat. She also has teeny arms poking from her clothing, making it possible for her to grab small objects. As with other Sprites, she wears a collar holding her Power Gem.
Weapons
The aforementioned Jingle Jumbler, a Wave Bell that resembles a Jingle Bell. The wind pellets shot from this bell are fairly weak, matching a sling-shot in power.
Abilities/Powers
Although she's not quite strong enough to match a Foot Soldier Sprite in a fair fight, she is equipped with techniques designed specifically to assist and heal whover she's partnered with- in this case, Fennel.
Gust Pebbel: a fairly weak version of the Gale Shot technique. It's one of her signature techniques- can leave visible bruises.
Gale Boost: Another signature- boosts long distance attack power and speed on those it's cast on. Can effect anyone.
Safeguard: A counter for Fennel's low defense- A strainious spell that absorbs the blows of anything that strikes her cast barrier. It only lasts as long as ten seconds, but can keep Jingle from assisting for a full minute as a side effect of her tiny body. The size and shape can vary on the situation, but also cuts her use the wider it gets.
Skills
Flying through even the craziest traps- she is Fennel's personal messenger, after all. She can also play her hat like a flute- using it to summon petite spites when needed. (often for less important messages- sadly enough, she can't use it that well on Dimensional Island, at least not until a permanent passway from DI and Aerlos crops up.
Personality
A complete sweetheart. Although she has a tendency to give her opinion to others, she usually doesn't argue for very long.
History
A result of Winris's handy work (combined with her mother's advice), Jingle was made to be an outcast of sorts- too big to be a regular messenger, but too small to be a good fighter. Having been introduced to her new guardian and best friend (Fennel), Jingle grew accustomed to her life. When she wasn't seen with Fennel, she was often seen as a big sister of sorts to the tiny Messenger Sprites (better known as Petite Sprites).
That said, she was also used as Fennel's own messenger when something needed to be sent a certain way- or, alternatively, if something bad happened to Winris. But when she wasn't in the fray, she often just hovered around, often with Fennel when she wasn't too busy.

Has a tendency to dance. Don't be surprised if two Petites join in when she does this.
