True name is Unknown. (Rumored to be Satan Claws, though it is unsure if it really is.)
Age: Unknown. (Thought of as eternal)

Gender: Thought to be male, but is more then apparently androgynous.
Race: Unknown (Thought to be a demon.)
Alliance: Evil
Home: He has had many homes, his most recent being Townsville.
Franchise: Powerpuff Girls
Physical Description: Skinny with lobster red skin, wearing a red jacket with pink furry trims, a black belt with a gold buckle and long black leather boots, one wouldn’t immediately think of Him as an Ultimate Evil. However, he still has some traits that connect him to his devilish roots, such as elf like ears, a dark black goatee (Matching his short black hair.) and evil yellow eyes. His most intimidating traits would have to be the lobster claws he has on the end of long skinny arms.
Weapons: His claws can serve as weapons.
Abilities/Powers: Him is, in most cases, an incarnation of the devil himself. He has abilities to bend reality to his will, possess objects that fit his plans, along with other powers that seem to numerous to list.
Skills: While he likes to plan his next evil plots, he does like to take time between such things doing things most would consider either normal or unbecoming of a devil. For one, Him is a darn good cook, since he likes running his own diner.
Personality: One would never think that the devil could be this… Doggone WEIRD. Him is very flamboyant, and conniving to a fault, though he has shown that even he can act like a normal citizen. Either way though, it is often wise to take any and all of Him’s words seriously, especially if their threats. It should be known as well that when Him makes an attack, it is made with the intent of making his target break Mentally rather then physically.
History: It is very, VERY much unknown what Him is, or where he comes from. Many stories have sprouted that Him is, in fact, Satan himself, though this is disproved due to… Recent events. (Reference to the ‘So the War Begins’ RP Thread started by Felix Falora.) Though whether or not he is the devil, or something possibly far worse... No-one can say.
Regardless of what Him is, he once caused many near cataclysmic stirs in the City of Townsville, causing a great amount of trouble for the resident heroes there. When asked once why he preferred small time crime over world-wide, Him answered;
[shadow=red,left,300]“Simple Minded mortals! Where’s the fun in that? Public crime is much more fun then World-wide Crime. It’s much more personal!”[/shadow]
With this in mind, it can be deduced that Him, had, indeed performed World-wide crimes, only to become bored of it.
Other: Proceed with caution when dealing with Him; he’s much, much, MUCH more powerful and dangerous then appearances and personality suggest.
