She and Leviathan fight with physical strikes, though Leviathan also has a very sharp tail and (usually) somewhat weak fire breath.
Abilities/Powers
She's a zombie and as such doesn't need to deal with the little issues of being living. She's also more-or-less immune to the effects of necromancy that would attempt to control her thanks to Leviathan. She can also do a little form of space-manipulation thanks to Leviathan that lets her actually 'project' her voice outward, though it has a little bit of reverb effect due to what she does.

Personality
Squigly is a very kind young girl, having a strong sense of justice and what's right. She gave up on her own revenge plot due to feeling there being a greater need for her to tackle the larger issue.
History
Sienna Contiello was the one daughter of the head of the Contiello Family. Things were pretty good for the most part, until during a party, a strange woman delivered something to her mother. That something was the Skull Heart, a living artifact of incredible power. When the rival family, the Medici, found out about their possession of the Heart, they attacked a gathering, killing a good part of the family, including Squigly, who was shot in the head and killed.
A little while later, her mother became the Skullgirl, a woman of incredible necromantic power. Squigly rose from the grave, but her father gave her the parasite Leviathan, who bonded to her and protected her. She helped destroy her mother and then died again due to the Skull Heart being what was giving her sentience.
Cut about fourteen years later and Squigly rose again from the grave due to the emergence of a new Skullgirl named Bloody Marie. Squigly attempted to go after Lorenzo Medici (as she realized that he'd stapled her mouth shut after she'd died as a message to his rivals) to pay him back, but when she realized that a girl named Filia was going after the Heart, she decided that that was more important; she didn't want Filia to risk herself (and Leviathan was angry at Filia's parasite, Samson, manipulating her). She fought and defeated Marie, but was attacked by the form shifting abomination known as Double. Filia saved Squigly from the surprise attack and the two girls defeated the monster. Double revealed that it had been the woman who delivered the Heart to Squigly's mother and Leviathan incinerated Double in rage. Afterward, Marie (who'd been attempting to destroy the Medici mafia) let Squigly and Leviathan destroy the Heart, hoping they were right about Lorenzo almost being finished with his empire, and died again. Filia reburied the two of them with a lovely epithet on their headstone, and that seemed to be the end of it... at least until they awoke in a strange new place...

Leviathan has a noticeable British accent and with Squigly's strongest Blockbuster attack, Grand Finale, can temporarily grow to a great size (and musculature for some reason) to fire a massive fireball.
