Ah, awkward small talk.
Fortunately for Marti, Jordan had some spare change for coffee when they arrived (he decided to go without a drink). Now he just sat across from the other, shifting a bit in his seat.
"I kinda remember that, yeah," he replied. "Er...would TPing the place make you feel better?"

Before Jordan could properly respond to M's commentary on the situation, a loud beep appeared out of nowhere from 'M's' glasses. Who could that have been all of a sudden-? Well at least the timing managed to interrupt this semi-awkward silence.

He suddenly felt his mouth go dry. He wasn't expecting to speak with Aaron so soon--he would've preferred to meet him in person first--but...well.
Trying his best to stay calm, he took the glasses and replaced his own with them. He took a deep breath.

Okay, the paranoia was completely unnecessary, but...well, maybe he just wanted to be completely sure it was Aaron he was talking to.
Being unable to see his face was probably a good factor.

Unable to help himself, Jordan begin to snicker, then burst out laughing, hitting the table with his fist repeatedly. Many of the other customers stared. He ignored them.
After finally composing himself, he replied.
WR: Sorry, I...guess I just needed assurance.
WR: I haven't seen you in six years, bud.
WR: So, um...how...how've you been? You doing good?

GG: Six years huh-? .... Feels longer then that to me... And yet I haven't really changed all that much since the good old days.
GG: When you god-tier, it's hard to keep a proper sense of time you begin to realize... Though it helps if you're stuck in the dreambubbles, where time is so convoluted already.
GG: Still.... I've definitely been lost in them for a while... I just lost count of how long.... 6 years is definitely a long time....
And who even KNEW if that was how long he had ACTUALLY been gone? He had stopped trying to count the days every time the DreamBubbles would throw off his sense of time... All he knew was that his watch had stopped working a good long time ago...
GG: Moving on though. I've been... Relatively okay... For a certain definition of 'Okay'... What about yourself?

WR: I've...been pretty good, actually. Wound up with some good people. They've helped me since...you know. Gave me a place to stay, allowed me to work with them.
WR: More importantly, though...well...
WR: You remember how I kept saying Jacob hadn't died during the meteor shower thing?
WR: Turns out I was right. He's alive. Not only that, he's been with me since I left the session. He's the one who found me, actually.
WR: Kind of a long story, though. I'd rather tell you in person. Where are you?

GG: We stopped by the hospital because that's where I KNEW Sunburn would be.
GG: I get there and, to my surprise? Apparently she busted out of there a little while ago. With you accompanying him.
GG: Sure, I wanted to check on him immediately after he got checked into there, but I had to go back to where I left Lizzie and Beth to pick them up. Even better? Pieter showed up a little after I did.
GG: Not OUR Pieter though. Apparently he comes from a timeline where we BEAT that freaking game and actually created our new world. Pretty crazy huh?
Yeah... Crazy...
GG: Back on topic though. WHERE ARE YOU GUYS? If you tell me where you are, me, and the others can catch back up with you two.
