The shout coming from Eevee's room had completely caught Erin's attention. "Ooooh CRAP..." She quickly turned to Alphys and smiled awkwardly. "Umm.... HEY! Are you going to be here for a little while? Cause Uh... I really need to go check on my friend in that room over there... I'd love to talk more though!" Alphys clearly saw that Erin was in a hurry to get back into the room and find out what the heck was going on.

Alphys jumped slightly when she heard the shout, quickly nodding to Erin. "O-Oh, yes, I-I'll be here for some time. By all means, go make sure your friend's okay!"

When Erin reentered the room, she would find Evelyn violently rocking on her bed, hands clinging to her torso, tears streaming down her face, crying at the top of her lungs in some incoherent attempt at stammering out something resembling human language, as if the horrorterrors themselves were making a painful attempt at possessing the Prospit dreamer.

Todd gulped as Ruby glared at him. The male inched away. "I didn't mean to cause a panic attack....."

"he did it," Ruby offered as she looked to Erin. Her good eye blinked. "Female Alex?"

In the next room over, Yang had gotten herself in a headlock by a woman in white.

"Hello to you too Weiss... mind letting me go? Ruby is in the next room with my room mate. You're going to wake the patient in here," Yang offered.

Erin facepalmed so hard Alphys could hear it from out in the hall.

"I'LL GET THE FUCKING DOCTORS............."

Within an hour or so, Evelyn was sedated and allowed to return to sleep.. When she started having nightmares, Erin stole the horrific images from her head, allowing her sleep to become dreamless... Once the doctors left however, she turned to Todd, looking at him unamused. ".... Punching you now would be FAR too easy. So instead, let's do this. I'm going to punch you at a later time. I might punch you while you're asleep, I might punch you on the street. You'll never know WHEN it's coming, but you'll know that IT IS COMING. SOON."

SHE OPENS UP A VOID PORTAL AND FLICKS TODD IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD FOR EMPHASIS...

.... Then she grins. "Have fun sleeping tonight Todd~. I know Eevee's not going to....."

As she stood out in the hallway, watching the group from afar, Alphys had to wonder just who these people were, how they knew Undyne and what was wrong with their friend. Perhaps they could help each other somehow. For the time being, though, she kept to herself, waiting for an appropriate opportunity to speak with Erin again.

Todd winced. "I earned that.... Ruby.... do we have any coffee left or did you and Yang drink it all?" Todd asked the youngest member in the room.

"You wiped it out this morning before you and Forsaken flew off for that mission that I wasn't allowed to go on...." Ruby replied as she fiddled with her patch.

Okay good... Now that that was out of the way... Erin turned to Eevee, taking the poor girl in as she slept away peacefully... She smiled simply. "Sleep well Eevee. And don't you worry. We'll be here looking out for you...." She pat Eevee on the head and turned to the bunch in the room taking them in. "Okay. Looks like everything's been settled." She cleared her throat... Finally noticing Alphys. "First and foremost... We have a new guest with us today." She smiles to the lizard nerd. "Her name is Alphys, and she's friends with mah peeps Undyne and Papyrus. So be nice."

With that said, she pulled up a chair to look at Alphys in the doorway. "Don't worry about us, Alph. We may seem loud but we can be nice." She grins and chuckles. "We always like meeting new friends."

"Oh... Well, that's good to hear." Alphys smiled bashfully as she stepped into the room. "I-It's very nice to meet you all. I'm so sorry about... your predicament. Y-Your friend. Seems like we're all in a bit of a fix... aren't we?"

With a light, half-hearted chuckle, she continued, "So... you've met Undyne and Papyrus?"

"Yang mentioned them. They sound like pleasant people," Ruby offered.

Todd nodded. "Yes we have. They're a pair of good souls for keeping my sister out of trouble," he offered.

Erin nodded to Alphys, smiling all the while. "Yeaaaah, it's kind of a long story... But putting it very simply, when I first landed on this island, I was in a bit of a pickle. They helped me out of it, and I got to return the favor not too long after. We traded cell-phone numbers aaand we keep in contact sometimes." There was a chuckle in her voice. "I'm especially good friends with Undyne. Cause we both got personality~. But Papyrus is a real sweetheart too."

She looks to Alphys a moment, taking her in. "Soooo... Let me guess.. The island sucked you in too eh?" At the look, Erin rolled her eyes. "Yeah, that happens sometimes, Dimensional Island can be a little unpredictable that way..."

Alphys nodded as Erin spoke of her friends. "Y-Yes, Undyne does have personality. She's... such a wonderful f-friend."

At Erin's next question, Alphys timidly shook her head. "A-Actually, no. Strange rifts had... brought my friends here... b-but I was able to take control of one and enter this world on my own accord!"

Todd and Ruby both blinked.

.... Erin was EQUALLY wide-eyed.

"Wait... You mean... You've actually LEARNED how to control one of these rifts-??" Well... SHE SUPPOSED IF ANYONE COULD DO IT IT WAS ALPHYS BUT EVEN STILL. HOLY SHIT??

"Well... yes! I-It was no easy task, but I did eventually stabilize one and create a stable portal," Alphys explained. "Granted... I had a bit of help, a-and very serendipitous help at that, in the form of a... strange boy who came to me through one of the rifts. He was... very rude, but he did help me, at least!"

"Can you tell us what he looked like?" Todd asked as Ruby happily listened in.
