Nora quickly typed a message back. 'Will do! hope you guys have a lot of fun out there!' she smiled. The young boy happily smiled, wiggling in place as he was measured.

He eagerly bounced around. "Yay! Thank you ma'am!" the boy shouted with pure glee. Nora happily chuckled at the bunch, putting her Scroll away for a moment as she attempted to figure out the cash register.

"You are very welcome," she offered before looking to Nora. "Want me to show you how that works, Nora?"
"I'm guessing she just started?" The woman asked only to get a vigorous nod from Beth.

"Yeah, I'm fresh out of the hired help factory," Nora smiled, playing off her position. "Sure thing, boss- how do I get this thing working?"

Beth stifled a chuckle and nodded as she went back to where Nora had stood. She carefully removed a paw glove. "Okay. This machine is like a giant calculator. Now the suit is $150 in total with tax added in," Beth instructed as she pressed the corresponding buttons to make the price appear on the screen.

Beth sighed. "We'll keep working on it later... I'm still learning the machine myself," she offered.
"You've been open how long?" The woman asked.
"A week at most..."

Nora smiled. "Don't be too down, boss- We'll figure things out together," she smiled. The young boy watched his mother, wondering when she'd pay for the outfit they were going to buy.

Beth nodded as the woman passed her the money to pay for the suit.
"Should be the asked amount," she offers before patting her son's head.
Beth counted out the money and hit a few buttons on the machine and the drawer popped open. She passed back 2 50 dollar notes. "These stuck to the others. Don't want to short you or steal," she offered as the woman took the pair of 50s back.

The little boy happily bounced. "Thank yoooou!" he cheered. Nora gave him a warm smile.
"Awww, you're welcome little guy!" she cheered back. "Come back again, okay?"

Nora smiled as they headed back into the mall. "Cute little family," she smiled. "Kind of makes me wonder what the next customer might bring!"

Nora smiled. "I'll handle any customers that walk in- go get yourself comfy," Nora smiled, assuring her she could handle it.
Watching her boss take off, Nora watched the front of the shop. She had a feeling she'd love it here.
