Aquila was quiet as he looked at Maikye. He could tell that something was off... he figured that the best course of action was to get somewhere safe and try to find the others.
Flapping his wings, the eagle-eyed troll took off.

"Hey..."
Cortem gently took Maikye's hand, leaning over so the purple blood could see his smile. "It's gonna be alright. I promise. Now c'mon, page. Take a deep breath and let's get back to adventurin'."
Slowly, carefully, Cortem telekinetically lifted Maikye off the ground. He did the same for himself, levitating upwards until he had enough leverage to let his wings take over while still providing mental support for Maikye. Hand-in-hand, the two glided together, a hopeful grin on Cortem's face as he followed closely behind Aquila.
From his perspective, things were looking bright.

Aquila nodded, smiling at Maikye as well. His wings caught the light as he flew on. Eventually, he stopped.
