Corrinne nudged closer to Corrin, her grip on the Yato still very firm. She whispered in his ear...
"Are you sure we can trust that man? I'm sensing a dark energy on him, what about you?"
Granted, she knew dark magic wasn't inherently evil, Leo had shown her such... But then again, that fiend Iago had also specialized in dark magic...
"I can't tell if he's more Leo or... Iago..."

Corrin nodded. "I can sense it, too. Robin, what about you?"
Robin leaned in as well. "...I'm not sure what it is. But I can see it... he's very powerful. I'm willing to trust him given that Blake's teammates trust him, but still. We should probably exercise caution..."

"So who are these two?" Blake could be heard asking over Yang's excited babble.
"Weiss is helping with Forsaken's rehabilitation and Alex.... well.... Yang you want to explain this one?" Ruby offered as she turned to look at the group. The three could see the patch.
Yang blinked several times. "Oh! Alex is... my boyfriend..." the last part was really quiet. A cat ear twitched.
"And Weiss and Ruby are okay with this?" Blake asked as she studied the Thief. The pair nodded. "Sorry but I highly doubt he can keep up with you." The faunus was looking right at Alex and her posture read as challenging him.

Oh-hoh-hoh! Was that a challenge~? Alex smiled a bit as he jumped up from his chair. He had momentarily considered hovering off, but he decided against it due to the current company. Flying would have likely just made him look even worse. The smile on his face was a prominent one. "You'd be surprised what I can do kitty cat~." The man said, chuckling at the fact that he just called Blake 'Kitty Cat'.
... He snickered a bit more before scratching behind his head. Any big-headedness that came from the earlier challenge had worn away. "Look regardless, it's nice to meet you Blake. I've heard nothing but good things." Holding out a hand, he continued. "The name's Alex. I'm kind of a local hero around these parts."

Robin spoke up right away. "I would advise against that course of action, Blake. I can see how strong he is."
Robin's eyes almost seemed to bore holes into Alex as he stared at him. "And... I see. A local hero, mm?"
Corrin was just quiet. He felt it was kind of eerie how sharp Robin's eyes were, that he could see those details.

"It's... slightly disconcerting that you can tell that much at just a glance," Corrinne said to Robin. "I'd hate to have you as an enemy..." He's like a nicer Leo, really...
The white-haired girl's grip on Yato loosened just slightly. "A local hero, eh? So by any chance, could you give us any clue about where we exactly are?"

The brunette stepped forward. "Alex gives Yang a run for her money actually," she offered. She gave off a similar feel to Alex but not as dark. "I'm Forsaken. Weiss and Ruby are my roommates and my rehabilitators. Alex is my little brother." She seemed proud of that fact.
Yang looked slightly offended at her partner's remark. "Blake. Alex can go toe to toe with me and live. And that's him holding back," Yang offered calmly. "Don't judge a book by it's cover."
Blake raised an eyebrow. "I'm still on the fence with him. And what Robin, Corrine, and Corrin are offering up... I think I may not trust him for a little while," she answered looking at the brunette again. "Thank you for keeping those two safe."
"No problem. They've been keeping me sane surprisingly," Forsaken offered as Weiss and Ruby walked closer to the group. She seemed to be studying the 4 new comers.

As the conversations continued, Alex couldn't help but sweatdrop a few times, wanting to interject at least a few times that he was still right there, listening to the negative commentary aimed at him... Oh well at least they were few in number. The other commentary was either defensive or even questioning. The Female Corrin, learning of Alex's status, had been quick to answer, what was normally, a very basic primary question for all new arrivals on Dimensional Island... Seemed fair if they were pretty unorientated new arrivals.
"Okay okay, let's settle down everyone." Alex said quickly, holding up his hands. He took a moment to look around, thinking a second. "Now let's see.... If I'm going to explain this properly I'm gonna need a visual aid.... Let's see..."
Much to the two Corrin's, Blake's and Ro- okay maybe not ROBIN'S-, befuddlement, Alex opened up a void portal and reached into it. Sticking out his tongue, he continued fumbling around with his Void Sylladex before groaning and just widening the portal so he could stick his entire top half in to take a better look. "Let's see there's gotta be SOMETHING in here, come on, gimme somethin' gimme somethin' gimme somethin-, AH-HAH! You'll do!"
The thief pulled out what looked like a chalkboard, likely something he stole from somewhere else. He had intended to use it to draw up a battle plan for later fights, but for now it would serve another purpose here.
Seemingly magicking up some chalk, Alex went to work drawing some circles, then some circles in the circles, with the circle in the dead center emphasized with lines popping from it like it had needles sticking out of it. He made a few more of these all of them taking up numerous places on the chalk board before stopping, taking a moment to admire his work.
"Okay, so... Imagine this circle right here..." He pointed at one of the smaller circles within one of the bigger ones. "Represents one of the worlds one of you come from, like say... This is Robin's world. Which consists of the oceans, the landmasses and the skies that make up everything mr. eyes knows and loves. And his world, is only one of MANY circling around the same sun." He points to the slightly bigger circle in the middle with the needles poking out of it, revealing to the more in the know characters that this was supposed to resemble a planetary system. "In the other worlds circling the sun, exists other people with different walks of life, with different histories, knowledges and beliefs." He then draws one last circle dead center in the chalkboard, illustrating it with a shape that was flat on the top but jagged on the bottom and illustrated shaded lines connecting each system with the center. "The reason I explain it like this? Simple. You are right here." He points at the shape in the dead center. "At a crossroads where any of these systems and any of these worlds can cross into one another with varying results. To that end, this island is known as," He writes it down above the shape in the center, "'Dimensional Island'. A Nexus, a central meeting point if you will. One people don't TYPICALLY find on purpose mind, but one that exists all the same... Any questions?"

Corrin stepped backwards slightly as Alex opened the portal, hand clenching a bit, though he still kept his blade in its sheath. "I... see..." He was kind of confused but he thought he got the general gist. It was something not unlike the castle in the astral plane that they'd been using as a base of operations prior to... arriving here. It definitely wasn't Valla, though; that much was certain.
Robin put a hand to his chin in thought. "I see... Something akin to the Outrealms but on a much larger scale. So that's where that flux in space led to... oh, Gods damn it. How am I going to let Chrom know about this...?"
Corrin glanced at his sister. "...Everyone else who came with us probably thinks they arrived in... well, you know. We need to find them."

It took quite a bit of Corrinne's willpower to avoid stabbing the... writing board thing... with Yato. However, she held her tongue as Alex explained just what was going on. She was still mostly confused... But she guessed it was kind of like the Outrealms- or at least the astral plane castle they had been using prior to arriving on... Dimensional Island, as it was called. She was right on them not being in Valla at least...
She glanced back at her brother. "Well, everyone except Azura, Jakob, and Felicia... Though I can't imagine they're taking this any better than we are."
At last, the Manakete sheathed Yato. "We need to find Elise and Sakura first if possible. if they're affected the same way we were..." She shuddered at the thought. "I don't want to think about it."

Blake blinked as she absorbed the definition.
"Want some help finding them? Forsaken is a rather good tracker," Yang offered.
"Yang!" The brunette offered indignantly.
"You alerted us when Blake got to the city limits," Ruby admitted.
Blake blinked again. "You knew I was here?" The words sounded angry.
Forsaken gulped. "Thank you for throwing me under the bus, Patch," she offered in response. "Knew you were on the island... but I couldn't tell from what direction you were coming from." Her attention turned to Corrine and Corrin. "I am willing to help if you need it. I'd even get my twin brother to help if it was needed."

With the explanation done, Alex had been prompt in storing away the chalk board and listening as some suggestions were tossed about. Already Forsaken was given a moment to shine with the three newcomers, giving them an ample capability of helping them locate their lost allies. He was happy that she was willing to offer up her help as was needed. Plus she brought up Todd in relation to helping out, another good idea.
"My friends here have a point~." The man said simply. "My big sis here has powerful magic that makes tracking a breeze. She's better then any bloodhound or whatever other means you may have of similar methods." The Thief of Void chuckled to himself as he took in the three. "I reckon whoever you wanna find, she and her brother can take you to them."
So characters from the world of Fire Emblem were starting to come here huh.... Interesting...
"Maybe I can help too. What would I be looking for if I were looking for people from your world?"

Corrin put a hand to his chin. "That's good to know, at least. I get the feeling everyone was separated when we arrived here. Our families and their retainers..."
He sighed. "There's quite a few folks. And we don't know if they're going to land somewhere safe or if they'll be attacked like we were."

"Any help is good help... I guess." Corrinne sighed. "But there's some of our group that are at higher risk than others."
She started counting off on her fingers. "Most of our group can probably fight fine," She raised one finger. "Xander and Ryoma especially. I'd imagine we can safely safe finding our big brothers for last." A second finger went up. "Leo and Takumi hopefully landed apart..." Corrinne shuddered and raised a third. "But it's our younger sisters, Elise and Sakura, that are at the greatest risk..." Her fourth and final finger went up. "I'd rather find those two first."

Forsaken nodded. "I pray that your sisters are safe and not in harm's way," she offered. "And I can start as soon as you need me to. Todd takes a bit more coaxing." She took a step forward before taking a breath.
Ruby gave a smile. "If anything, you have an ally in Forsaken, Ma'am," she offered to Corrine. The one good silver eye watched as Forsaken turned to face the other direction. She's tracing the bonds. Hopefully they were strong enough to survive the coming here....
Blake looked to Alex. "How is she tracking their allies without a description or a scent?" The Cat Faunus asked as an ear twitched.
"You'd be surprised," Forsaken offered over her shoulder. "Aura was enough to track you. Despite having been missing from your life for two years, there are still traces of Yang's aura on you. And since I room with Ruby and Weiss, you were the only option left besides the members of Team Sun or Team Juniper." She turned back around to Corrin, Robin, and Corrine. "I think two of your allies are in the woods near an old church at the edge of town. They have another with them... possibly a mount."
