You question my title? How dare you-
Liderc sharply exhaled, before taking out the green crystal and speaking into it. "Requesting map to section Three-Delta-Parrot. Will send remains for identification in exchange." There was an odd humming sound, as what looked like an old map appeared. Turning to face the two men, he handed it over.
"It leads to... Some kind of treasure. What exactly, I don't know..."
When they took the map, the green angel adjusted his ruffled feathers, inhaled, and took off for the skies.

Jack looked it over, poking an ear-piece that wasn't easy to spot. "Wings, you know anything about a Three Delta Parrot?"
Bryn tuned his in as well, listening. "Hmm... I wouldn't say so... I'm going to be doing research now. Though I suggest you try finding everyone else before you go on a wild goose chase set up by a literal angel." Jack raised a brow as the transmission ended.
"He's saying the two of us won't cut it," Bryn offered.
"I know what he said!" Jack groaned, slipping the paper into his hat. "So, what should we do regarding the gal over there?"

Noting that the duo was looking at her, Kelsey shot a quick glance at Tri, who simply smiled and shrugged. After composing herself, Kelsey meekly grinned at Jack and Bryn again and started slowly walking towards them. "So, uh... that... sure was something, huh? You guys held up well back there. Well played."
She, let alone the duo, never even noticed Tri making jerk-off motions behind her.

"Well," Bryn began. "We do hunt down treasures a lot, so..."
Jack folded his arms and smiled. "We're boss like that. So, Kelsey right?"

"Yeah, that's my name." Kelsey stopped a few yards away from them, hands in her pockets, smile calm and bashful. "Hope I didn't worry you guys too much. I suppose it's pretty obvious that I'm not so normal, huh?"
"To put it lightly."
"But, uh... I don't believe I caught you guys' names."

The masked man looked up, the football jersey wearing one looking down. "Jack," the shorter of the two offered.
"And I'm Bryn," the larger offered her. He very tentatively approached her, reaching out with his hand for a handshake.

"Um..." Kelsey looked down at her hand. It was hard to tell whether or not there was any slime left on her, but she wasn't about to take that chance. Instead, she offered an awkward smile to Bryn and stated, "Far be it from me to be rude, but that might not be a good idea. I'm... still kinda gross right now."
Looking between the duo, she continued, "Thank you, though. It's nice to meet you gentlemen."

Hw shook his boxing glove. "I wouldn't have minded."
"Of course not, considering you have those darn gloves," Jack grinned, shrugging as he walked over. "So, what's your story?"
"Uh, guys?" Jack twitched.
"One second..." He clicked at his communicator. "Yes, Wings?"
"Are... you guys aware she has an invisible, nearly undetectable spectral entity nearby her?" Both Jack and Bryn soon stared at her. "No, apparently not..."
"Wait, since when can your radar pick up on that-"
"SINCE I GOT A RIG THAT COULD TRACK YOU DINGUSES THROUGH DIMENSIONAL WORMHOLES YOU ANVIL FISTED SLOWPOKE!! THERE'S A LOT OF CRAP I CAN DETECT NOW, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!"
The pair screamed out as Wings literally yelled in their ears, his loud voice ringing out in stereo. "OKAY, WE GET IT, IT'S A POWERFUL RIG! JUST STOP YELLING!"

Kelsey just blinked in confusion at Jack and Bryn's reaction, not sure what was going on until Tri spoke up in a casual tone, "Whoops. I've been had."
"...What?"
"Go ahead and tell 'em," Tri insisted, hands in his pockets. "Given what we've seen so far, we're more than likely not the weirdest thing on this island."
Well, it was certainly a fair point. If they were at least somewhat aware of Tri, then she might as well be honest about it. Besides, she had hopefully made it clear that she didn't mean anyone and har-
Wait... Island?
Shaking that question off for now, Kelsey turned back to the duo and explained, "Um... Yeah, here's the thing. I'm in this sort of... blood pact with this archdemon. I help him out, he grants me his power. Now I know how that may sound, but trust me when I say that his intentions are noble, understandable, and more often than not helpful to those we come across. And he did kinda save me from a worse fate."
"Gee, Kelsey, you're too kind," Tri muttered with a sarcastic sneer.

Bryn rubbed his ear. "Ow... So, you got a demon fellow tied to you?"
"Not surprising, if you saw the way that angel guy reacted to her..." Jack looked to be contemplating something.
"Even still..." The big fella looked at her. "So, what were you planning to do now?"

Kelsey simply nodded in response to Bryn's comment and frowned with displeasure in response to Jack's statement. When asked about her next course of action, Kelsey shrugged and honestly answered, "Not too sure, honestly. Tri and I were just gonna explore, take some time to relax, and figure out a way to get home once we've had our fill."

"We got our own errands to run right now," Jack offered her. "Otherwise we'd ask to come with you."
"Though, if you could do us a favor, we're looking for three friends of ours, if they ever plop onto this wacko island," Bryn added.

"Oh yeah, it's no problem," Kelsey replied with a smile. Wandering around with only Tri to keep her company wasn't too worrisome. She could take care of herself, and clearly these guys could too. But if they were splitting up, helping them search for their friends was the least she could do. "I'll definitely keep an eye out. Who would I be looking for?"

The big guy rubbed his chin with his gloves. "...You want dibs, Boss?"
The masked man shrugged. "Don't see why not. Basically, they're not the most difficult people in the world to spot. One's decked out in pink and red, kind of looks like a tiny witch, One prefers blue, has a lot of body armor and carries a huge spear, and the last tries to make herself look intimidating with her huge shields, but she's actually as friendly as you can get, if the Orange didn't imply it. They're named Aroma, Sparrow, and Gisella, if you ever see'em.
"Just tell'em Jack sent for'em, that'll let them know I'm around," he finished. Bryn suddenly looked conflicted.
"...Couldn't we just get our communicators to contact them?" he asked.
"Not if Wings can't get a read on them. Those portal things mess with tracking, remember?" the smaller man reminded him, shaking his head.

"Sounds easy to remember. And spot in a crowd," Kelsey chuckled, giving them two thumbs up. "Can do!"
"Geez, we've been here for ten minutes and we already have our hands full," Tri mused.
Ignoring him, Kelsey offered Jack and Bryn a wave. "Well, thanks for helping out, guys. Hope to see you again."
