"You'd be surprised. I mean it is an Olympic sport after all. And athletes are paid rather well," Blake offered. "Sure there are a few gambling issues but it still stands well."

She slowly nods, crossing her arms thoughtfully. "...I guess that makes sense? Still, I don't exactly know my way around this place... where would I even apply for a job like that?"

Yang went to speak but sighed. "I don't know if there is a race track but you can always go to the businesses and as for an application. Though I know that the owner of 'Dreams To Dust' does more of a verbal interview before hiring since it is kinda hard to get a hold of personal records here," Yang offered.

"Is that how she hired Nora?" Blake asked.

"Yep," Yang offered as she popped her p much like she had back at Beacon.

She taps her chin, frowning a bit more. "...maybe I should look around, first. Just to see what options there are."

"Ooh, ooh!" Sweetie raises her hoof. "You should get a guide to help you look around! Maybe one of us, who knows this island well!"

"Well, that rules you out." She chuckles playfully, crouching to pat the pouty pony on the head. "You were lost for a long while, after all."

"I nominate Yang. Skye has a point Sweetie," Blake offered.

"Why me?" Yang offered.

"You've been here for a while and you know your way around," Blake answered.

The anthro horse taps her chin, nodding after a few seconds of deliberation. "I certainly don't object to that."

Sweetie whines in protest. "No fair! I don't get to do anything fun!"

"Never said you couldn't join us," Yang offered. "And I don't mind showing a new person around."

Surprisingly, both of the ponies hug the blonde girl, thankful beyond words.
