Beth and Blake both raised eyebrows before following Nora.
Ruby and Weiss both stopped mid step and pivoted around. "I thought you wanted to play target games, Nora," Ruby offered.
Yang patted Ren's shoulder. "Just like old times. Huh?" She offered.

Seeing a chance to introduce himself, Alex approached Ren with a smile and nodded to the man. "Greetings." He said simply. "Allow me to be the one of the no doubt few or many to welcome you to Dimensional Island. It's a very strange place but you'll get used to it in time." He then nods and holds out a hand. "Name's Alex. I'm like a resident... Informant."
That was putting it lightly and he knew it... Still he figured not everyone needed to know about the whole Thief of Void gig. "I'm a good friend of Team RWBY's." He then motions to Lizzie floating next to him. "This ghost girl here is Lizzie. Sort of a Little Sister I'm looking after."
"Cousin more like. Anyways, hey there kid." She waved to Ren laxly.

"Always a pleasure to meet a friend," Ren offered, shaking his hand. "Speaking of friends..."
Nora excitedly cheered as the stitched up pair kept playing, the taller of the reaching the end of the song as she took a bow. "Thank ye! Thank ye! You're all way too kind."
Money was being set around her bare feet, no hat to store it all in. "We not perform for money," the little one admitted. "We play fun!"
"I know right?" she chuckled. Nora was among the cheering group, hopping in place.
"YOU GUYS ARE SO AWESOME!" she cheered out. "Can I get an autograph?"
A paper airplane booped her snoot, the girl apparently more than familiar with giving autographs. "...Frankie and Frankie...?" Nora asked. The pair shared a high five, then made a heart with what was left.
"THAT'S US~!"

"Not a bad sound to them either," Yang offered. "So how did Nora and Beth find you?"

Hmm, Frankie and Frankie eh? Well at least they seemed a lot less malignant then some of the other acts around here. In fact, they seemed relatively tame. Alex nodded a bit as Nora continued interacting with the musicians. "That's a pretty good question really. Honestly, you can land almost anywhere on Dimensional Island, so running into anyone familiar is a pretty lucky break." He tilted his head. "How did you run into my Sis and Nora? Did you land somewhere in the City?"
As this conversation went on, Lizzie floated over to take in the musicians. "You play for fun huh? You sure? You could probably use this money for something if you really thought about it." The sprite stated simply. "You may as well count your blessings and take some at least."

"Oh, I wouldn't... I get enough money when I do this at home," the larger of the two offered. "I'm just happy seeing smiling faces. I know she feels the same, because, well."
"Inter-dimensional!" the smaller Frankie cheered. "She is me, I am her!"
"Wow, that's... honestly a lucky coincidence," Nora noted aloud. Ren smiled, shaking his head in the back.
"Speaking of a lucky break, It seems like interdimensional counterparts can meet each other here," Ren noted. He then noted a large figure looming behind a building- one that hid rather quick. "...Hmm..."
"I mean, I guess we could take some money..." the larger girl nervously chuckled, looking at her guitar case.

Beth rolled her eyes before looking to a faint bond. "Yang move 3 feet to your left and a foot back. I think we've got another coming in. Seems to have a link to you," she offered quickly.
Yang did as told. She held her arms open as if to catch the new comer.
"-AAAAAAAAAH!" came a yell as a being could be seen getting close to the ground.

Jeeze, these rifts were just becoming real consistent the past week weren't they? Alex turned his head to look up at the portal that had appeared just long enough to drop someone only to vanish a second later. Honestly, he'd REALLY need to look into why these rifts continually opened and closed as they often did. After all, the more they opened up, the more people arrived at the island, and while he was partial to let mysterious phenomenon continue on cause it could onn this island, there was still the chance that something dangerous could happen...
.. Wait... Someone who had a link with Yang-? But everyone that could have been well bonded with Yang by this point was already here... Or at least, everyone he was aware of...
Lizzie meanwhile heard the scream and turned to look up in the sky. "Huh-? What-? who's that?" Something about this presence felt.... Familiar...

The large shadow from before came out of hiding- a massive, stitched up man much like the two Frankies was watching, unsure whether to interfere or not. The frankies themselves just stared, Nora scoping out the situation.
Ren crossed his arms. ...That doesn't look like how her father or uncle were described, he monotonously noted. So who else could he be...
"Want me to grab him?" the tiny red head grinned.

Beth blinked. "Seems this one has a link to you as well, little brother," she offered as a young male was visible. There was a playful tone in her voice almost hinting that the links told more than she was letting on.
"INCOMING!!!" came a sharp yell from the incoming male. He seemed to have a pair of tinted goggled covering his eyes as black hair blew around. His skin was pale and it seemed he had a lot of gear on his frame probably for a hunting trip or something.
"I got him, Nora," Yang offered as she caught the guy. "You okay?"
There were a few moments of silence. "I thought you were supposed to be in Atlas dealing with a Nevermore problem with Dad... Not on a beach...." the male replied.
This earned confused looks from Ruby, Blake, Weiss, and Yang.

Alex too, but the confusion had been present when Beth mentioned that this odd little kid had a link with him as well as Yang. HE couldn't even imagine what she meant- and then the confusion DOUBLED when the boy mentioned that he thought Yang had went somewhere back on her own world with his dad. The confusion doubled for a moment, but he brushed it aside. In the end, this was an easier mistake to make then one might think. After all, alternate timelines were a thing in this universe. "Oh uh.. heh." Alex approached, deciding to approach on his feet. "Don't worry kid. Easy mistake to make." The boy turned to look at him. "You see-" ..... Wow... This... Kid actually looked a bit like Yang.... ...  FOCUS ALEX FOCUS. "YOU SEE... Time works a bit differently here. Not really sure where you're from, but Yang here has been with me, her team and her friends for quite a while now." |

Of course, Nora was one of the first to get a good look at him. "Oooh, I wonder what I'm like in the timeline he's from," she giggled, hopping in place as Ren set a hand on her shoulder.
"Don't start blowing his mind any more than it already is," he sighed. The two Frankies just giggled next to each other.

The boy got out of Yang's arms. "Didn't know you were here Dad..."
"Wait... What?" Yang asked.
The guy raised his goggles to show eyes that were rather similar to Alex's if not for the slight tint of pale purple. "Aunt Beth puts it best as Spoilers," he offered with a mischievous smile similar to Yang's own one after a bad pun. "Hi Aunt Nora. Hi Uncle Ren." He peeked around those right in front of him. "Wow... most of the family is here..."

......................... Lizzie's eye widened at the sight. ".... DAD-?""DAD- ?" ....... Alex looked at the boy oddly, taking him in. "Hold on, I'm... Your DAD??" Suddenly the evidence kind of lined up. The boy mentioned that he had come from the world of Remnant. Apparently WHENEVER that was, it was after he had gotten married and had a kid. There was no mention of a mother yet, but he did mention family here. Then another issue came to mind. "Wait hold on... HOW are you here?" He knew the answer, but he dreaded hearing it. After all, rifts stealing away people from different timelines wasn't unheard of. |

You could see the confusion in Nora's eyes. "I'm not an aunt... am I?"
"I think you're too wild to be an aunt," Ren offered.
"But those wild aunts sound like the best kind! They could take the kids to paintball, show them grimm hideouts, teach them all kinds of pranks to pull..."
Frankie giggled at the scene. ...the little one. "Is obvious! She not me, but is. He not here yet, but is."
"I don't think this island gives two hoots of an owl whether or not someone should or shouldn't exist on it yet- just that they do," the larger explained.
