"Hmm, a goddess?" After Azama patched up her wounds, Camilla dismounted her wyvern and walked up to the girl who claimed to be divine. "Interesting... I believed all of the gods had given up their physical forms and survived only through their blood-bonded descendants..." She took Beth's chin in her hand, and lifted her to face her. "Not that it matters... Selena, darling, is there something you would like to say?"
Selena looked awkwardly at the pair. "... Nothing, Lady Camilla. Just think it's strange..." Still, she kept an eye on Beth. Beruka seemed indifferent to the whole ordeal, simply saying something that was likely a "meh."
"Regardless of origin, divine or not..." Lucina had sheathed Falchion, after quickly surveying the battlefield for any remaining soldiers. "... She is, from what I can tell, a brave and true friend... Ah, beg pardon. I believe I did not introduce myself earlier... My name is Lucina." Her eye glanced over at Beth for a moment.

Reina nodded in response to Camilla's comment. "Indeed. What matters is that we achieved what we set out to do; this village is safe. Now, perhaps, we can try to meet back up with our allies... wherever they are."
"Yeah." Rinkah gave a nod as well. "All that matters to me is that you can handle yourself on the battlefield, and you definitely did that. Well met to you too, Lucina. So... what's our next move?"
Hinoka frowned, closing her eyes. "We don't really have a lot of information. We barely know much about where we are as it is. It'd probably be in our best interest to find somewhere where we can quickly cover ground..."
"Like the city, then." A voice came from outside their conversation; one of the residents of the village. "I'm sorry for interrupting, but if you're looking for someone and you're not sure where to go, head west from here and you'll arrive at Void City; it's the centerpoint of the Nexus Island."
He offered a few objects to the princesses. "It sounds like you lot have something major going on, yeah? Well, take these; it's not much but it's the least we can do in thanks."

Beth gave a small smile and looked back to the east. "Is there anything else that your village needs help with? It's about a 3 and a half days walk back to the main city.... And I have a sinking feeling that those soldiers may return again...." Beth offered to the villager. Her expression returning to a more calm and focused one.

"So, the largest city's to the west... it seems reasonable that my darling Corrinne and Corrin may be there. Beruka, if you would be a dear and do some scouting?" Camilla asked her silent retainer, who simply nodded. After Azama had healed her wounds, the smaller rider and the orange wyvern ascended into the skies.
As a brief silence dominated the area, Selena and Lucina looked at each other and nodded. "So..." The redhead began. "I didn't expect to see you here..." Something about her tone suggested there was more to what she said.
The blunette responded. "I... I didn't know where we would end up." At Selena's confused look, Lucina elaborated. "A few months prior, a strange portal opened in the Outrealm Gate south of Ylisse, and Robin went to investigate... When he failed to return, Yarne and I volunteered to enter the gate... Ah, it appears as though we were separated on the way here."
Selena gave a slight nod. "We jumped into a portal, too, hoping to arrive in this strange land... Corrinne and Corrin, the two Lady Camilla spoke of, got everyone together, but it looks like we got separated, too. Ugh... so annoying!"
"Selena, darling?" Camilla walked over to the redheaded retainer. "Is this Lucina person a friend of your's?"
"Y-Yeah... she's an old friend of mine from my homeland..."

"An old friend of yours?" Hinoka had hopped off the back of her pegasus, walking over. "Surprises never cease... well, it's nice to meet you properly, Lucina. Thank you for lending us your aid... you're quite the swordfighter." Hinoka bowed slightly to the blue-haired woman. "So you're from this 'Ylisse' place too, Selena?"
"So we weren't the only ones who got separated..." Azama mused to himself. "Well, hopefully the others have started to meet up. It wouldn't do if someone wound up dead before we could get the army back together again."

Beth gave a soft smile. It isn't my place to say that their allies have already met and that the bonds are trying to connect.... she thought as she observed the group. It was turning out to be a very interesting day. "Anyone have anything in need of repair?" she asked absently before blushing a little remembering that Camilla had taken her chin in her hand. Love have mercy on my heart...
