Shapeshifting- Usually into that of a smaller being (rare to use though)
Mind Screw- Can and will fuck with a person’s mind and get them to do what he wants them to
Clock working- Easiest way to describe this is Dave Strider’s Alternate Timeline Trick but before Dave was even around
Magic- see spells
Planeswalker- Can travel between planes(dimensions or universes) of existence
Mana Drawing- Uses the energy of swamps(black), Islands or water sources(blue), and mountains(red) to power his spells- also doesn’t care what happens to the environment around him
Skills
Flight, Telepathy, and can actually use human dialects from any plane of existence
Also known for his silver tongue and ways to make deals with, in his eyes, lesser beings.
Personality
Manipulative and conniving, Bolas will do anything and everything to get his, at one point, god like power that was torn away from him back. Even if it means destroying the multiverse that all the dimensions(planes) that the inhabitant of the island know and love.
History
Born on the long gone plane of Dominaria, Nicol Bolas was one of 5 Elder Dragons gifted with three types of magic under their control. Bolas specialized, and still does, in black, red, and blue magic. Nicol Bolas has survived multiple wars, cataclysms, and rivalries: the dragon war that left only five of the elders alive, the destruction of his Madaran Empire on Dominaria at the hands of Tetsuo Umezawa, and epic duels with the planeswalkers Leshrac and Teferi.
His home plane/dimension was destroyed during an event called the Mending, Healing of the Multiverse form tearing apart at the that seams of space and time, also cost some others planeswalkers their lives. He then traveled through the Talon Gates to his new residence of the Grixis shard.
Bolas has caused more trouble than good as the former shards of a shattered plane known as Alara started to reunite into a complete plane again.
Before arriving on Dimensional Island, Bolas had been dealing with one of agents to start an experiment on the plane of Ravnica where an enemy resides.
Other
Being rather intelligent is an understatement- Nicol has 6 brains.
Also has contracted a few other planeswalkers to do his bidding but I doubt they will be showing up.

Black- Death, Disease, and Decay
Blue- Illusions, Mind control, Temporial(Time), and Trickery
