Physical Description
True Form: Phlegmatic, while taller and stronger than the average soldier, is in the middle compared to tall Choleric and small Melancholic, and is only slightly shorter than Sanguine. His body is completely black, two long "ears" resembling the Aquarius sign protrude from atop his head, his eyes are an icy, solid blue, his teeth are razor-sharp, his fingers are tipped with foot-long claws, and in place of his legs is a ghostly tail that's typically one with the surrounding shadows.
Human Form: He is still in the middle and has minimal but noticeable muscle. He has light skin, short, dark brown hair, blue eyes and black, wavy tattoos covering both arms. He wears a tan vest, khaki pants, black boots and a dog tag necklace.
Weapons
His gauntlet and various weapons he crafts out of shadows.
Abilities/Powers
His primary powers are shadow-based; he can control shadows, merge his body with them, travel through them, and so on. He can use his claws to tear open portals to other dimensions. He also possesses control over water.
Skills
He is perhaps the most orderly and organized of the generals. He has the capacity to be a deep thinker, and he's not above slowing down and taking time to see what's two feet in front of him.
Personality
As his name suggests, Phlegmatic is the most easygoing of the generals. He is consistent, relaxed, calm, rational, curious, observant and not one to judge, therefore not one to underestimate his opponent. This shows in battle, where he displays vast intelligence and cunning, approaching situations in a slower and more vigilant manner, and he can easily catch you off guard.
History
Very little is known about the four generals of the Præt'nos armies. It is evident that they've been raised since their creation to be leaders, and they are amongst the oldest Præt'nos in existence. Though he was equally trained in brain and brawn, it was clear that Phlegmatic worked best when he was allowed to do his own thing, developing a knack for problem solving. He now leads the Water Army and has organized perhaps the most outwardly deceiving of the Præt'nos armies; his demons can work things out and strike when least expected.
Other
Like all Præt'nos, he is immortal and can only be killed by a deep wound between the neck and shoulder, but would nonetheless be revived after some time.
