Jen has a warm heart and fierce determination. She won't hesitate to leap into action when someone needs help, and she always has her eye open for detail and possible solutions. She's not one to idly sit by when someone is hurt or sad; Jen is the person who, when a problem arises, will coerce you into get up and DO something about it, but only because she cares and wants everything to be alright.
History
Jengrew up in a small town near Marietta, Ohio, in a relatively ordinary, if somewhat down-on-their-luck, household. Because they were so detached from their parents, what with their father constantly working and their mother unable to provide much for the family due to her Osteogenesis imperfecta, Jen was often the one to take care of Evan, and because of this, they are and always have held an extremely tight sibling bond, to the point where Jen often acts more like a mother figure to Evan.
After graduating from high school, she went on a road trip with Evan, resulting in them crashing in an isolated part of the Appalachian Mountains. There they were attacked by rodents of unusual size before being rescued by a few denizens of Summer Snow Valley, a small, uncharted town on the border of Ohio and West Virginia. The duo stayed in the town while their car was fixed, but over time, they both grew to enjoy the town's exciting nature and decided to stay as permanent residents. With their new friends' help, they even managed to erase any evidence of their existence back at their old home, leaving their old lives behind and beginning a new life of adventure and mysticism.
During her stay, Jen formed a close bond with Darien, providing him with much-needed comfort and helping him deal with his werewolf half. The two have since then been dating, and along with their budding relationship, Darien has helped Jen improve her marksmanship and Jen has helped Darien lead a more sociable life. They fight together, confide in each other, and are practically inseparable.

Jen is very selective in her food choices; while not really a vegetarian or raw foodist, she has to take precautions due to her low tolerance for lactose and gluten.
