Physical Description
Aside from the flat chest and the constant need to conceal other certain male characteristics, Harley very much has a feminine appearance. She has an average height and build, light skin, blue eyes, and shoulder-length, dirty blonde hair. She typically wears a black shirt, a short, long-sleeved, dark blue jacket, baggy jeans, black and white tennis shoes, and a sapphire necklace.
Weapons
Harley has a vast array of weapons of all kinds, the ones she most commonly uses being a bow and various trick arrows, throwing stars and knives, and her personal favorites, her duel Celtic swords, which she has named Conner and Murphy.
Abilities/Powers
Although Harley inherited her family's Blue Dust compatibility, she hardly ever utilizes it, mostly due to her parents never teaching her spells because they felt they didn't need to. She does have knowledge of a few, which she will cast defensively or to weaken opponents' defenses should the need arise. The spells that she is capable of are:
Daunt (Decreases targets' morale)
Cloak (Turns caster invisible)
Conceal (Turns caster and/or targets invisible)
Gust (Brief wind attack)
Whirlwind (Powerful wind attack, still trying to perfect)
Dehydrate (Drains water from target)
Deluge (Jetstream of water, still trying to perfect)
Enervate (Drains target's Dust, has not attempted)
Exhaust (Drains target's Dust and energy, has not attempted)
Confuse (Clouds thoughts of single target, still trying to perfect)
Confound (Clouds thoughts of multiple targets, has not attempted)
Blue Familiar (Transforms caster into Water/Air Elemental, has not attempted)
Skills
Harley is well trained in combat and survival, able to wield all of her aforementioned weapons with expert proficiency and even hold her own unarmed. She is well-educated and a fast learner, with her memorization skills and book smarts making her the designated team researcher. She's also a decent pianist.
Personality
For the most part, Harley is very calm and collected. She can become easily annoyed, particularly if someone is being uncooperative (which tends to happen a lot, considering the company she hangs out with), but she always tries to react in a controlled manner, never letting her emotions get the better of her. She's also intelligent, calculative, and extremely straightforward, sometimes brutally so; she isn't afraid to give her input or think outside the proverbial box. In all honesty, she really does care about those around her and the situation they're in; she's just level-headed enough to think before... doing anything, really.
History
Many, many years ago, Harley's great-grandparents came to Dimensional Island when their Dust-producing home world, Gaia, was destroyed by Kalon, the Dust-consuming cosmic demon. They raised their family there, eventually culminating in Harley, who currently lives in Void City and has recently acquired her own apartment. Because her parents were too wrapped up in their home life during her childhood and adolescence, Harley learned almost everything she knows about Dust and her family history from Rhys, a White Dust compatible angel that she befriended at a coffee shop and eventually developed feelings for.
One day, Harley was contacted by Juno and Ceres, two girls from a world that was currently being devoured by Kalon; they got to know each other a bit, and she extended the offer that the people from their world could escape to Dimensional Island. This did eventually occur, although Juno was the only one to make it to the island and was found by Rhys, who brought her to Harley so the two could meet formally. While they do keep in touch to this day –against Harley's better judgment, to be honest– Juno went on to live in Canopy City with another Dust compatible survivor, Alfie, and Harley knows all too well that it's only a matter of time before fate forces her to team up with Juno, Alfie and Rhys.
