Physical Description
Rhys could easily be considered attractive. He's tall, lean and well-built. He has pale skin, medium-length, bleach blond hair, sea green eyes, and large, white-feathered wings that can be put away; sometimes he's clean shaven, sometimes he'll keep a short stubble. He usually wears a long white jacket with a red rose in the breast pocket, light jeans and pale blue shoes.
Weapons
His bow, which is large and sturdy enough to double as a staff, and purifying arrows.
Abilities/Powers
Rhys has learned to control White Dust, and is perhaps the most efficient at his craft out of all his teammates. He has near flawless control over all White spells, limited only by the amount of Dust he has at his disposal. These spells are:
Spirit (Increases targets' morale)
Shield (Protects caster)
Guard (Protects caster and targets)
Flash (Single target light attack)
Illuminate (Engulfs area in light)
Deflect (Bounces opposing attack back)
Purify (Bounces opposing attack back with added light)
Heal (Heals target)
Restore (Heals target and replenishes Dust)
Righteous (Destroys single enemy, heals single ally)
Holy (Destroys multiple enemies, heals multiple allies)

On top of his master archery and combat skills, Rhys is a great strategist and negotiator. He'll research and memorize any topic he comes across, and he enjoys storytelling. His healing touch even extends to his skills as a masseur.
Personality
Rhys tends to give off a very otherworldly vibe, very much living up to his angelic status. He's very brave and dignified, though also very kind and humble, a true White Knight that lives his life to protect others. He doesn't talk much, choosing to speak only when asked or if he has something important to say, and the manner in which he speaks holds an immense gravity that can get most people to shut up and listen. You'd never know it from his outwardly stoic nature, but he has the capacity to be very emotional, especially if he feels he's failed someone. His strong sense of morality and his commitment to protecting others drives Rhys to be the best he can be and punish the wicked wherever he may find it.
History
Rhys is a mysterious character. He doesn't talk much about his origins, preferring not to draw attention to himself; even his closest friends know very little about his backstory. What is absolutely certain is that Rhys, naturally, came down from Heaven and spent much of his life in the Dust-producing world of Gaia, where he learned to manipulate White Dust. He was there when Gaia was attacked by Kalon, and despite his contributing efforts, Gaia's destruction could not be prevented. At that time, he discovered Dimensional Island, seemingly by accident, and managed to bring a decent number of survivors there, including Harley's great-grandparents.
Ever since then, Rhys has watched over the people of Gaia and other Dust-producing worlds who have come to Dimensional Island. Amongst his duties, he has befriended Harley and told her of her family's history, rescued Alfie from oblivion, and helped Juno find a new home after she made the journey to the island alone. However, though he has made it his mission to protect what Dust remains in the multiverse, Rhys has not left Dimensional Island since his initial arrival and will utterly refuse to if given the opportunity.
