Full Name: Kat

Age: Unsure. Looks around her mid 20s.
Height: 5 foot 5, a pair of high heeled shoes adding a few inches to the measurement
Weight: Medium weight, maybe around 180 pounds.

Alliance: Protagonist
Home: Hekseville
Franchise: Gravity Rush (A, thus far, one off game franchise that had a very successful run on the PSVita.)
Physical Description
A well tanned young woman with long blonde hair and dressed in a very odd black outfit, Kat is certainly wierd looking no matter which way you look at her. She stands at around 5 foot 5, a pair of high heeled shoes adding a few inches to the measurement and is usually rarely seen without her trademark smile, which is glowing and child-like. She is further highlighted by a black bandana like scarf she keeps around her neck, and her gentle red eyes.
Weapons
Considering her moveset, Kat has very few need for weapons. Though if she ever shops, she usually looks for leg and foot armor, to strengthen her kicks.
Abilities/Powers
For all intents and purposes, Kat is a very normal person with very normal attributes, if not a surprisingly large tolerance for pain (And that’s only when she falls down from a very tall place). However, when her story began, Kat met a mysterious being, a blot of shadow, heck almost a blot of SPACE ITSELF that took the form of a cat (To which she adopted and gave him the name Dusty). Ever since this meeting, Kat had adopted very strange gravity-based super powers. Said powers allow her to coat herself within a bubble of anti-gravity (Or shift gravity) and allow her to fall or float through the air in any direction (Though people have been quoted as to thinking that she flies through the air as opposed to 'Falling' through). Secondary abilities of her gravity powers are that she can walk on any surface regardless of if she'd be standing on walls or ceilings, pick up small to mid-sized objects and can launch them at targets using gravity-like telepathy and has access to a Gravity Slide ability that let's her move about at fast speeds across any surface, including onto walls. Along with that, she has access to powerful super abilities, that range from rapid fire shooting of chunks of gravity energy, a dashing drill attack, or creating a miniature Blackhole that can instantly kill most small enemies.
Weaknesses
For as tough as Kat may appear to be she actually does have a few weaknesses. For one, as strong as her gravity based powers are, there is actually a set limit to how much she can use these powers without having to stop and rest [This limit can be pushed back more and more with practice however]. Along with that, despite her ability to survive falls from deadly heights, she is still susceptible to other kinds of damage. The biggest one however is her cat Dusty. Dusty is the source of Kat's power, so as thus, if the two were seperated for any reason, Kat would be as human as anyone else. Being a super hero, Kat will also go to great lengths to save people, even if it means abandoning whatever mission she's on at the time to do so, usually with the mentality that she'll get right back on it after.
Skills
As has been mentioned before, Kat is quite the kicker, seemingly fighting off various foes with powerful melee attacks. Her most famous however is an ability that combines her gravity shift powers and her kick attacks, creating the missile like attack Gravity Kick, wherein Kat launches herself, feet first, at enemies at intense speeds.
Personality
As one might expect from a video game character, Kat starts her story with no memory at all of her life previous... However, unlike other heroes who brood this fact and continually question why, Kat is optimistic, cheerful and down-to-earth person, who greets every day with an upbeat smile and honest happiness at what the day ahead may hold, never once looking back. Outspoken and sensitive to feelings and attitudes, she can be surprisingly good at reading people and has been known as a good leader from time to time.
History
Kat woke up one day in a park located in the lower levels of a flying city called Hekseville. That is literally how the story begins, and since then, things have only gotten wierder and wierder. Upon awakening, Kat met the mysterious cat-shaped blob of darkness named Dusty and a partnership began, the two working together to protect the city from supernatural forces and natural forces alike. Since her journey's beginning, Kat has taken on the forces of the Nevi, mysterious creatures of darkness that take many unusual shapes and sizes that have an odd relation with powerful gravity storms, traveled around and restored her city to it's former glory and has explored the compelling mysteries of the great gigantic pillar which the City of Heckseville is built near.
But who knows where Hekseville is now...
Other
While battling another wave of Nevi with the help of a friend of hers named Raven, Kat found herself getting sucked into a gravity storm before she could even react. When next she awoke she found herself falling towards an odd looking surface. Managing use her gravity powers to slow her fall and land safely on the ground, she found that her powers were strangely augmented and even seemed somewhat weakened. Something in this new land was preventing her powers from fully showing in force. So, determined to find a way home and to find the source of the dampener, The gravity Queen and her faithful pet cat begin their long adventure to find their way back home….
