Physical Description
Aquila is a fairly typical looking Alternian male; He has messy black hair (think Pit's hairstyle), gray skin and orange eyes with gray irises, though due to his age, his irises have already started taking on the same color of his jade blood here and there. His everyday outfit and his God Tier outfit are quite different in their appearances; his everyday outfit is a black t-shirt and brown slacks; he wears a dark brown bomber jacket over the shirt and wears dark tennis shoes on his feet; he has a pair of jade-color-framed aviator goggles that he wears on his head between his horns when not flying; his horns are the normal distance apart, grow upward, then angle outward like plane wings; they're not extremely long going left/right, but long enough that it's noticeable... though his horns are not visible when he has his God Tier hood up, somehow. Even he isn't sure how. His God Tier outfit is a typical Seer outfit in the light yellow Hope color, and he wears Greek-style sandals on his feet in this outfit. It is worth noting that Aquila's 'wings' are not natural; he makes them using his Hope power, and they look similar to a White Plume Moth's wings, giving them an almost angelic appearance; they are white and feathery. Weapons
Aquila's strifekind specibus is Bowkind, and his ultimate weapon, the Icarus Sureshot, has a weapon duality with Twinbladekind, allowing him to separate the bow into two short blades he can wield for close-quarters combat. It's still worth noting that Aquila is much better at ranged combat, however, as it's what he's most experienced with. The Icarus Sureshot is a bright bow, with gold, silver, and white hues on its blades, with a light brass-colored leather grip in the middle where he holds the twin blades when separate.
Abilities/Powers
Being a Jadeblood, Aquila was more resilient against the harsh sun of Alternia, which still applies with Dimensional Island's normal sun.
Being a Seer of Hope, Aquila has an innate 'truth sense', and can rely on his instinct to lead him to an ideal outcome, leading to the fulfillment of his (and others') hopes. He can manifest his hope in various ways, typically in the form of a white energy fueled by his belief; he typically does this to give himself an unending supply of arrows. This also, in conjunction with his weapon and fighting style, gives him a sort of innate 'targeting computer'; quite useful as his hood usually obscures his eyes when he's in his God Tier outfit.
Also, due to being a God Tier, he has the typical powers that go along with it; he can fly using the wings he creates for himself and his deaths won't stick unless they're sufficiently Heroic or Just.
Weaknesses
Aquila, while fairly durable, being a troll, is far from the most physically powerful; he can't take a lot of really heavy hits which is why he relies more on dodging. He also can be prone to losing himself in thought at times, given the nature of his Class.
Skills
Aquila is something of a craftstroll; before he developed into his powers, he crafted his own arrows, after all. He's also quite a good mediator, which was what allowed him to calm down one of the most violent trolls in his group of friends.
Personality
Aquila is fairly lax and easygoing. He comes across as quite warm and inviting; while he is cheery and grins a lot, he has a fairly fiery personality underneath that veneer of calm, though it rarely shows itself. He has the personality of someone who always seems to know more about what's going on than they let on.
History
Your name is Aquila Aperto and you are about EIGHT AND A HALF SOLAR SWEEPS OLD. You are a JADEBLOOD, but due to being male, you DO NOT get to so much as see a MOTHER GRUB. Your interests include ARCHERY, FLYING WITH YOUR LUSUS, and generally BEING OUTSIDE. Due to being a JADEBLOOD, your skin and eyes are less sensitive to the HOT SUN of Alternia, so you take full advantage of that to feel the freedom the open sky provides... well, whenever Eagledad isn't asleep, anyway. Thankfully, your HIVE is higher off the ground, not unlike a nest, so it's pretty secure.
You have VERY SHARP EYES, which is very helpful with your archery; you built your BOW yourself, and are very proud of having done it. Having lived so far away from Alternian society, you don't really understand the pressure to FILL YOUR QUADRANTS, and as such have never really felt much in the way of romantic urges. That said, you do try to be KIND to the other trolls you know; they say FRIENDSHIP is a disease but you really don't buy into that.
The other trolls talked about a GAME they wanted to play and invited you. The concept made you tilt your head not unlike your lusus does when he's confused, as you tend to do when perplexed, but you agreed to play. Part of you is very excited to finally meet these other trolls.
That was where it all started. Aquila was raised by his lusus, Eagledad, before he turned 8.5 sweeps, when he and his friends who he'd spoken with online were to start their game of SGRUB. His meteor landed on this Alternia a few years sooner than most of his friends' had, meaning that Aquila was a bit older than most of them when the game started. Eagledad had taken good care of him and trained his vision, leading the young Jadeblood to become a very proficient hunter and archer. He was also taught to respect, leading Aquila to be quite well-adjusted for someone of his species; fitting, given that his hive was, in his own words, ````\out in the midd/_e of butt-fuck nowhere, the desert_/````
That was, on his reflection, probably part of why he was never 'recruited' despite his age. Even though he was a Jadeblood, being male was probably part of why he never encountered a Mother Grub. Either way, however, their game started and was met with a success, and they created a new world, though they ended up going into hiding on a meteor that they made into a base of sorts; not due to any particular threat, but because they had no idea how the humans of Earth would react to their alien appearances. During the game, Aquila worked with Orcana at times, and he opened up to the Violetblood; the two ended up clicking and becoming Moirails, which, Aquila would come to think, was quite the good feeling, considering his quadrants had been perpetually empty up to that point, even though that hadn't bothered him any.
When the DCStuck crew began their session, Aquila spent most of his time 'trolling' Pieter and Aaron. 'Trolling' is very much a loose term in this case, as Aquila was quite cordial with the boys, offering advice and encouragement. He shared as much information about the game as he could with Pieter, and... there was a timeline split of sorts. In one, when Pieter told Aquila about a 'prank' that Aaron and another teammate of theirs named Arti had done to Orcana, Aquila was prepared for his Moirail's anger; he pinned her to the wall by her clothes using four of his arrows, let her scream her frustration out, and then talked her down out of her rage. That is this Aquila.
The other Aquila was not so lucky, as Pieter was unable to warn him, and as such, when he tried to talk Orcana down from her rage, she went berserk, brutally killing the Jadeblood; that Orcana would later become Rendface, and Aquila's death would stick due to him having attempted to stop her after talks failed, leading to his death being Heroic.
After Orcana had vanished while searching the dreambubbles for treasure, Aquila followed after her, using his power to guide him. The Jadeblood would find himself in a strange new place...

Aquila's constellation he's based off of is... well... Aquila, the Eagle. His Trollian handle is unboundAvian and when he types (or how it manifests via speech-to-text on his Communicuff; his model is based off of his Moirail's, just in his blood color), he ````\ starts and ends his sentences with wings, doesn't use capita/_ization except for one-/_etter 'nicknames', rep/_aces a/_/_ 'l's, both upper and /_owercase with a 'perch', and uses a 'nest' instead of a period, /_ike so_ /````
His Browser is weird in that in sometimes changes its name on him, it was first 'Tanatos', then changed itself to 'Thanatos' later on, though Aquila had no idea why. His Hex Code for his color is 008141.
Aquila's Fetch Modus is 'Message'. Anything he puts into it gets put in a scroll which he can only 'retrieve' from by attaching the scroll to an arrow and firing it. It has to travel a certain distance before it's 'unlocked' for retrieval, and the distance varies depending on the size of the object. It's good for getting things to his allies, but a little unwieldy for personal use, though being able to guide his Hope Arrows helps a lot.
