Physical Description
Kendall has a teenage appearance and a height and build to match it, albeit slightly more petit than average. He has light skin, fluffy, shoulder-length, cool brown hair, blue eyes and an innocent smile. He usually wears a white dress shirt, jeans with a brown belt, and brown dress shoes. He also has the typical white-feathered wings of an angel, which he can tuck away when not in use.
Weapons and Accessories
None. Kendall is too much of a pacifist to fight.
Abilities/Powers
As the Angel of Time, Kendall can manipulate time in numerous ways. He can travel to any given point in any given timeline, exist in multiple timelines or periods of time at once, speed up, slow down or stop time, rewind or fast-forward anything of his choosing, and even interact with doomed timelines in such a way that prevents them from existing in the first place. He constantly, simultaneously sees the events of every timeline, granting him instant knowledge of the past and future of anyone and anything. Also, being an immortal angel, even if Kendall dies, he always comes back.
It's also worth noting that Kendall's skeleton is made of a unique, divine metal. Along with granting him the physical requirements for extensive time travel, this metal is virtually indestructible and impervious to magnetism, can absorb vibrations and kinetic energy, and will cause severe pain to any demonic or otherwise dark-aligned beings around Kendall; close proximity causes disorientation, while direct contact with him will burn.
Weaknesses
The major caveat of his powers if that they MUST be used according to the will of God or in the service of a noble cause. If he alters the timeline for dangerous or petty reasons, it damages his soul and causes him severe pain.
There are blind spots in his precognitive vision. The causes of these blind spots include but are not limited to: events that are necessary for him not to see so that they can fall into place naturally, his own deaths or the abuse of his soul, or events hidden from him by an exceptionally powerful master of time.
If his soul is removed, its wielder gains his time travel abilities, either by bonding it with a watch or other metal artifact, or by fusing his soul with theirs; the latter option will cause severe deterioration to the wielder's body with each use and, if left unchecked, will eventually kill them.

He has various strategic talents such as researching, planning, organizing, negotiating and unifying, as well as several practical talents like cooking, cleaning, first aid and mastery of various string instruments, namely the violin, harp and mandolin.
Personality
Kendall is a kind, caring, gentle soul who is almost always in a good mood and spending his time helping others. His greatest desire in life is to ensure righteousness prevails. And to make everyone happy. He wants you to be happy!
He's so committed to his divine calling that if he even THINKS about something morally wrong, he'll turn apologetic and regretful. His pacifistic nature and willingness to serve others make it easy for him to get bossed around, but he always takes it in stride and never takes offense. He also has a tendency to be vague or cryptic, but only with the intention of letting people grow on their own and allowing the timeline to progress naturally. Kendall's an enigmatic character, but he's an all-around nice guy regardless.
History
Kendall has been around since the beginning of time, having sided with God when Lucifer rose against Him. This battle still haunts Kendall to his day, considering the friendship he once shared with Lucifer, and is perhaps the ultimate factor backing his pacifism. Shortly following this battle and the fall of Adam and Eve, God appointed Kendall to be the Angel of Time, and though his powers overwhelmed him at first, he eventually grew accustomed to them and entered into a life of serving others and protecting the timelines, a duty that has spanned many eons and sent him on many adventures.
One such adventure began when Kendall's soul was removed and used by a group of malicious humans to commit various crimes across time. After their leader died from the deteriorating effects of Kendall's powers, Kendall managed to reclaim his body and escape, albeit severely weakened. He was found by the Frederick family, who took him in and nursed him back to health. During his stay, he grew close to the family's young daughter, leukemia-stricken Lucy, becoming something of an unofficial guardian angel to her. One night, as they were coming home from the hospital, the family was jumped by the thugs who had used Kendall beforehand, the resulting fight ending with Lucy's death. Kendall blamed himself for her death, which God prohibited him to undo for reasons he still doesn't understand, and soon thereafter left the family, who gave him Lucy's stuffed brown rabbit in gratitude.
Over time, Kendall has suppressed those memories, though the heartbreak is still evident by the fact that he now feels even more entitled to help absolutely everyone he meets, particularly those who remind him of Lucy. Still, having resumed his adventures through time and space, he's made new friends, namely the Summer Snow Valley citizens and many inhabitants of Dimensional Island. Recently, his and the Summer Snow residents' journey on the island has led them to partake in a game of Sburb, one that Kendall knows will prove greatly significant for all involved and is quite excited to see the results of. Along the way, he's befriended the troll Rogue of Time, Lagola, whom he has taken a great liking to... but the game has also brought them into conflict with Clockwork, a time-travelling fiend and a consistent blind spot in Kendall's vision.
Needless to say, Kendall has found himself on his most perilous adventure yet...
