Full Name: Stanley Dale
Nicknames: Dr. Hazmat, the Living Reactor
Age: 29
Height: 5'9''
Weight: 126 lbs.
Gender: M
Race: Human
Alliance: Evil
Home: Apple City
Franchise: Dr. Hazmat: Science of Evil (Original Story)
Physical Description: When not commiting deeds of nefarious evil, Stanley tends to dress in a bright-green t-shirt and blue jeans. He also wears glasses. When he dons the guise of Dr. Hazmat, he wears a white hazmat suit, goggles, and a dome over his head. The dome is filled with green, radioactive energy so all that can be seen is Hazmat's goggles.
Weapons: Dr. Hazmat often wields powerful weapons of his own design. These weapons aren't designed to kill, merely incapacitate or stun. One of them fires a thick goo at his foes; one is a ray that paralyzes the target for up to sixty minutes; and one is a hand-held laser that can knock out even the mightiest of heroes. Hazmat also employs numerous henchmen in white hazmat suits and gasmasks.
Abilities/Powers: Hazmat is charged with powerful, radioactive energy. This energy can be used in a number of ways, from bringing life to unliving objects (Corpses, statues, robots, etc.) to healing the wounded to firing blasts. He is also able to regrow his cells, allowing for regeneration.
Skills: Dr. Hazmat has an extensive knowledge of science and technology.
Personality: Stanley Dale is the typical nerd; he has confidence issues, avoids violence when needed, and tends to be awkward around girls his age. He is sickened with the way society is run and trule believes that the only way to resolve the problems is to put the power in new hands; preferably his. While he is evil, Dr. Hazmat is unwilling to kill people and tries to not think about even hurting kids. He has a special hatred for the superheroes of the world, calling them high school bullies with super-powers. He tends to idolize more famous super-villains, often wishing he could be as talented as they are.
History: Stanley Dale worked at the Apple Science Institue in Apple City in 1956. At that time, the super-heroes were so influential and popular that one of them, Thunderman, had even been elected president (Changing his name to Presidentman in the process). There were even laws that permitted super-heroes to kill a super-villain if a super-villain were to ever kill a super-hero.
While experimenting with a unique form of radiation, Stanley was locked in a test room. After five hours of extreme exposure to radiation, he emerged with special powers. After being fired, he became sickened by how the world was run and decided to mess up the system by becoming the villain Dr. Hazmat. He hired numerous henchmen from the Villain Supply Warehouse and even created a secret hideout.
Stanley has worked with numerous other villains in his past, although this has led to each of their deaths at the hands of a different hero. He feels guilty for the deaths of his colleagues, and often wonders why such powerful villains died while he was left alive.
The few friends Stanley has include: BLZ, a demonic 'godfather' of sorts who can give people anything they want in return for their service; Dr. Psychistein, a telepathic villain; his minion Sticky, who is able to stick to and make anythings stick together; and the vigilante hero Skulk, who secretly agrees with Stanley's views of the world.
Other: (Anything else you want to add about them, it’s optional)
