Suddenly, a poorly conceived plot device shadow passed over the young soldier's back.

Wolt got the ominous feeling that he really didn't want to turn around.

The young man smiled from behind his bowler, and in an instant his cane came crashing down onto the top of Wolt's head.
"I AM THE WALRUS." he said loudly. "KU KU KA CHU, BETCH."
With that, The Walrus hid from the threat of flying arrows behind the now bleeding, dazed, and likely concussed, Wolt.

The Walrus dusted off his blazer sleeve and mumbled to himself as he straightened his clothes. "Bloody Limers, always jump'n the gun, all 'oooh, w'as yer problum?' an' 'noo, yer not supp'sed ta put rat poison in the tea!', snotty bunch the lot of 'em..."
"An' you'll 'ave to ask th' mun 'bout that," He then replied, "But I expect it'll 'ave somethin' to do wi'h a tr'ubled child'ood. You know, the 'ole angsty past an' all. Not my fault society turn'd me like this, 'm just a victem o' a cruel cruel world w' no tol'rance fer cockn'y accents."
Wolt just muttered drowsily about how 'vulnaries make everything better' and started to nod off.

" 'Old it, ya bloody Brit," The Walrus caught Pit's shoulder with the crook of his cane and pushed his bowler up away from his eyes. " 'M goin' wit' ya. Fer plot re'sons like com'acal relief an' the status quote an' all that."
He paused as Wolt drowsed on about how his uncle was a pirate and that did you know horses from Sacae were evil and must eat babies and boy did he hope his hallucinatory world stopped spinning.
"An' you migh' wanna make sure tha' yur whipperboy there doesn' fall asleep, unless yer bloody limes can fix comas."
