Physical Description: Oliver wears a black, leather overcoat over a red t-shirt. His black hair is combed back and very sleak. He wears a pair of black dress shoes and a pair of jeans. He is somewhat skinny with only a little muscle. There is a small scar over his left cheek.
Weapons: Oliver is willing to play dirty and use anything he can find as a weapon. His preferred weapon is a straight-edge razor he keeps in his pocket.
Abilities/Powers: Oliver has the power to copy other Super-Children's powers. If he touches a Super-Child for long enough, he gains their power but not the knowledge of how to use it. These copied powers are permanant and he can have multiple powers as once. He is also able to track down other Super-Children. So far, he has absorbed the ability to teleport.
Skills: Oliver is a talented negotiator and has made deals with numerous criminals. He is also a talented liar and is able to adapt to most situations. He is a skilled actor.
Personality: Oliver is able to act any way he wants to get what he wants from people. His true personality is that of a cruel, antisocial sadist who enjoys hurting people. He sees himself as better than other Super-Children, often to the point of insanity. Due to his psychological instability and a small part of him that hates what he's become, a strong enough guilt-trip can bring him to tears.
History: Oliver was raised in a small apartment in Cardiff by his single mother. He was brutally picked on by bullies during grade school, and developed a dislike of humanity during Middle School. That was when he discovered theatre. He auditioned for A Midsummer Night's Dream and got the lead roll. He was happy until the seventh grade, when one night he woke up feeling incredibly weak. He found that he couldn't even move or talk. After a while, he returned to normal; but the next morning, he was able to sense certain people in the world.
Though he exhibited no external talents, Oliver White had become a Super-Child. He didn't find out until someone representing the Hall of Supers Academy showed up to try and take him away. Oliver strongly refused, so the representitive tried to teleport him there. When he grabbed on to Oliver, Oliver felt a sudden rush of energy. Before he knew what had happened, Oliver had teleported to an abandonned house in Cardiff. Oliver was at first shocked by the display of power but this was quickly overcome by joy. He used this power often, mostly to avoid bullies but sometimes just to get home.
One day, upon arriving home, he found his mother missing. She had been taken by Vull so that Oliver would come to his school. Oliver, angry but thinking himself too good for the school, stole a straight-edge razor and killed several of the bullies that had tormented him in his youth. He was able to avoid police thanks to his teleportation power. As he grew up, Oliver studied thatre in the day and did jobs for criminals under the alias Mr. White. He hopes to save up enough money and build up enough favors until he can teleport himself and a group of thugs to Vull's school and copy as many powers as possible.
Until then, he's content living his current life.
Other: Oliver will often become angry if he misses something he wanted to watch on TV and take his frustration out on unsuspecting people. He has a popular blog called Penguin on the Telly, in which he reviews episodes of recent TV shows.
