My cat River just died.

My mom ran him over on accident on her way to the store. He had been sitting on top of the tire, asleep, and when she started driving, he just got caught underneath the tire, and now he's gone.

My mom doesn't know about that above part. We decided not to tell her. She feels bad enough about it as it is.

He was her cat. Even when he got banished outside because he sprayed her leg, he was still her cat.

About thirty minutes ago, we took him over to her fiance's mom's house to get him buried at the pet graveyard there. We couldn't bury him at our house, because we're only renting the house, and if we move, we'll leave him there, and we won't be able to be near him again.

He's surivived by his four kittens, one of whom who lives at my dad's house, and his mate, Dusty (who was my cat).

God... I hate when these things happen.

Dude... I can't imagine how it would feel for my cat or dogs to die.
I remember finding my old dog North dead in the morning in 4th grade... he was an old dog that had died in his sleep. I was so sad.
