Personality: Woofer-C has a mammoth ego and considers himself the greatest villain in the music bizz. He can also act downright childish, particularly around his sister or whenever mention of Badness is brought up. He frequently uses complicated rap that confuses those himself; at one point, he admitted that he himself doesn't know what he says sometimes. While most villains are in it for money or power, Woofer-C is only in it for fame, often teaming up with other villains because it would make good publicity.
History: Calvin is the son of Jeremy and Vanessa Lincoln and the twin brother of Jenny Lincoln, AKA super-heroine Poison. When his parents split up at age seven, Calvin was raised by his mother in the bad side of The Next City Over; that is, the part closest to Triangle City. This influenced him into thinking villains were cool, especially when he saw a villain steal from a store he had been kicked out of. He was also heavily influenced by the city's rapper culture.
At age fifteen, Calvin discovered that his sister's having super-powers was the reason for their parent's divorce. Instead of being angry at this, though, he was enraged to discover that Jenny had used her powers to become a super-hero and a member of the Super League of Everywhere. It wasn't until a week later that he was bitten by a radioactive human beatbox and developed his powers. He immediatly fleed to Triangle City to become the villain Woofer-C.
After Calvin's first heist, a museum that Badness's father worked for, he was quikly attacked by an angry Badness and put in jail. He later escaped and attempted to steal the First National Bank of First National Banks, only to run into his sister and Badness. After following his sister, he discovered she knew Badness' secret identity and disliked him as much as Woofer-C did. Although he initially planned to turn Badness and Jenny against each other, he soon lost track of what he was doing and accidentaly set them up on a date. Upon realizing this, Jenny beat her brother senseless and threatened Badness to stop following her.
Calvin has been a recurring thorn in his sister's and Badness' side, doing everything from working with the Fiendish Five to teaming up with Psycho to ruin a date they were on. After defeat, he is usually sent to Chubby's Home for the Criminally Young.
