[Listen, I KNOW that making a new thread isn't necessary, but I can't quite figure out where to post up new characters, so sorry. Anyways, here's my next character. I'm posting both of my own OC's before anything else.]
Full Name: Wally Kisaragi
Nicknames: Kitakaze (Which is Japanese for North Wind)
Age: 15 (Though he will say 15 and a ½ to make himself sound more important.)
Height: 6 foot 4
Weight: 160 pounds
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Alliance: Good
Home: Arcadia Valley
Franchise: None.
Physical Description: Where Otto was an intimidating young man, Wally, in many ways, is his exact opposite. Instead of seeming broody, you can almost always find the boy with a small smile on his face. He has light brown hair, giving it a chestnut hue, and green eyes that give him a kind of serene look. He often wears a red visor cap on his head, pulled over to the side so it covers one eye. He also wears a bright blue jersey with a purple ‘74’ embroidered on the chest, he also wears a purple short sleeved shirt underneath the jersey, which shows since his jersey is sleeveless. His hands are normally wrapped up with white bandages like gloves, and he often wears a couple of rings on his fingers. Along with this, he also wears baggy blue jeans-shorts, with zip-up pockets, and cerulean green shoes, with purple laces, and long white socks. Wally will definitely seem… Childish or whimsical to some.
Weapons: Wally often uses Martial arts like Otto, but unlike Otto, he’s also skilled with various weapons. For starters, he carries around a cutlass broad sword that looks too heavy for even the strongest warriors (Though Wally can, for one reason or another, use it effortlessly). He also carries a belt full of shuriken, and Ninja stars, though he only uses it for nonviolent purposes (Such as disarming foes, or pinning them to a wall making them incapable of attacking.)
Abilities/Powers: Like Otto, Wally also has special abilities. Though his are opposite of Otto’s. His powers are over photons, allowing him to use various attacks. Most of his spells however are support spells, meaning healing spells, empowering spells, or even a reviving spell or two. Despite this, he’s still a very good fighter, and he does have his fair share of fighting abilities.
Skills: Like Otto, he’ll be very much at home in a street fight, but he does have some other skills. For one, his immune system is super-human, meaning very few sicknesses can put him down. Strangely enough, this immune system also renders him immune to status inducing spells, unless of course, they’re powerful enough.
Personality: Wally is, by all means, a child at heart. Naieve and childish, one would think Wally almost too sunny for his own good. However, he is, in actuality, very down to earth and smart. When he has to, he can also be very serious, though the seriousness is often passed by quickly. Despite some oddities, Wally is truly one of the most trustworthy friends anyone could ever make.
History: Wally was something of a common birth. Born in a medieval version of a ‘baby boom’, he was raised by his parents whom were members of a religious temple; monks, by all terms. Because of this, Wally is something of a monk himself, but he rather prefers freedom over the strict rules of the temple. At the age of 12, he ran away from the temple, and started his own life in the capital of Arcadia Valley. It was there that he went to school, after leaving behind his monk robes for good. Wally is often reminded by Otto that he could’ve achieved enlightenment if he had stayed at the temple, to which Wally responds, “Enlightenment? Where’s the fun in that?”
Other: Wally has come to Dimensional Clash following his friend Otto. Along with finding out what his good friend is up to, he hopes to gain souvenirs of his stay, and gain stories to tell to his peers back at Arcadia City’s school.
