Full Name: Starman. EXE
Nicknames: None
Age: Unsure
Height: ?
Weight: ?
Gender: Male (Though his voice is neutral and ringing like a bell.)
Race: Net-Navi
Alliance: Once bad, but is now good thanks to his new Net-op.
Home: His Net-op’s P.E.T. though he does like to hang around in the Void Cities computer systems whenever jacked in.
Franchise: Megaman Battle Network Transmission (A game for the GC)
Physical Description: A sleek net-navi, that almost always has a mischievous smile on his face. His skin is pale white with black eyes, black ear pieces and a headpiece that’s red, blue, and purple on the outside, and black around a yellow star. His hair is fashioned in a fashion that makes it look like a star at the first glance, and he has a yellow scarf, ended with a star decoration. His jumpsuit is black on top, and pixelizes into white as it goes down the stomach and the legs. Finally, he has yellow boots that are very much like what other net-navi’s wear.
Abilities/Powers: As a personalized Net-navi, he’s given his own arrange of abilities. Starman’s abilities are of the normal element, but it’s still powerful since his abilities are based on Star Power. His two main abilities (Activated without a Battle Chip) is the Star Arrow (His version of the Buster gun) and Meteo. (A powerful ability only activated when he gathers enough power during a battle.)
Skills: Like a select few Net-Navi’s, Starman has the ability to hover and fly, unlike others who can only walk.
Personality: Starman is mischievous and freedom loving to a fault. However, nowadays, he seems to have discovered a nicer side to himself. He seems to be much more loyal, much kinder, and much more righteous then what he used to be, which is an impressive rehabilitation considering how much of a minx he used to be.
History: In the game ‘Megaman Battle Network Transmission’, Starman was the very Navi that had sold a phony cure to the Zero Virus which made various navi’s in the net to go berserk. After he was finally defeated, it was assumed he had been deleted. What had happened instead was Starman’s fractural code had been partially destroyed, putting him in a state between functioning and deletion. After a couple of weeks, his code had been found and put back together by a Net-op/Genius Computer Programmer. Starman became thankful to the human, and tried repaying his debt by performing random odd-jobs. It finally got to where Starman became so attached to the human (Though he wouldn’t admit it) that he finally just agreed to become his net-navi. Whether or not Starman is still partners with the Computer Programmer (Who’s name will remain unknown for now.) or not, is unknown for the time being…
Other: Starman’s favorite pastime is busting virus’, playing a non-harmful prank, and watching anime.
