"You'll never be able to win!" Masahiro yelled as he thrust his blade back. Shinichi immediately brought Felix's blade up, catching Masahiro's blade and bringing it down. Masahiro thrust his fist back. A decoy! Shinichi felt Masahiro's fist crush against his face and he hit the ground. Masahiro growled. "Too easy!" Masahiro said as he held Shinichi down and held the sword over his neck. "I'm not alone... I guess you didn't hear," Shinichi said. "Huh?" Masahiro asked. "Unlike you... Double D has loyal friends... kind-hearted comrades."

Out from the bushes broke Ed, Eddy, and Raz, stumbling into the clearing with clear desperation.
"We got the...!" Raz paused as he looked up at the melee he faced. "Holy...!"
"D-DOUBLE D!!!" Ed hurried to his fallen buddy's side, whereas Eddy faced Masahiro with clear anger.
"YOU CREEP!!! YOU'RE GONNA PAY FOR THAT!!"

"Oh will I?" Masahiro asked and then felt a poke. He turned to face Shinichi. "I say you will," Shinichi said before he spun around onto the ground and snap kicked Masahiro into the air and held his hand back, bolts of lightning forming in his finger tips. "This will weaken him. From there, I'll leave it to you guys while I heal Double D," Shinichi told them before he held his hand out and struck through Masahiro with the lightning bolts. Lightning struck Shinichi and re-energized him. "Good luck!" With that, Shinichi slid over to Double D and placed his hand to the wounded Ed boy, his hand glowing blue. Masahiro saw this and went to attack them.

"OH NO YOU DON'T!!" Eddy exclaimed. He signaled to Ed, who tripped Masahiro, and Eddy spun circles around him, creating a blanketing whirlwind of dust around him. Raz casted Pyrokinesis for good measure.
"HA! Take THAT!"
(btw, I was thinking the healing would take a lot of power, and the others would offer up a bit of theirs to help)

Through most of the healing, Shinichi felt his energy begin to exhaust. "Masahiro got you good... Everyone... My energy is running out... Despite what I thought, I need to ask a favor from you. I know you care about your friend... Please give me a little more power... These wounds are infested with evil... If I can't exorcise it, he'll die... I need just a little more power and then he can fully be healed!" Masahiro, meanwhile, was trying to escape the fire tornado.

"Ah! You know it! Ed, keep him in place!"
"Gotcha!" Ed froze Masahiro Zero-point-energy style with one hand as he, Eddy, and Raz crouched down beside their buddy.
"...um... so..." Eddy was confused. "What do we do?"
"I think..." Raz placed his hand on Double D's chest. "..we focus our energies and move it into him... right?"

"Hey, look at that, you're already doing it," Shinichi said as their hands glowed different colors. A bright flash of light surrounded Double D and his wounds dissapeared. "There..." Then Shinichi stood up. "Masahiro... Now I'm going to finish this..." He pulled out his blade and thrust it towards Masahiro's heart, but a shield of darkness blocked it. "W-What?" A portal of dark energy formed and he walked out. Shinichi felt his anger running dangerous high as he stared into those dark, evil eyes. "So... you've managed to overpower my child... I'm quite impressed... And my other child... The traitor to his family... So nice to see you again," Shagrath said. With a loud battle cry, Shinichi charged and clashed his blade against Shagrath's gauntlet. Shagrath held his hand out and began strangling Shinichi with one hand. "I suppose I could kill you here, son, but what good what that do?" He then threw Shinichi against the tree and held his hand out to Masahiro. The body floated into Shagrath's hand and he grinned at the stumped heroes. "Never underestimate Hell's power... You may have saved that boy... But if Masahiro is bent on killing him... He should never sleep at night." With that and an evil laugh later, Shagrath took Masahiro with him back into the portal, which dissapeared quickly. Shinichi panted heavily for air.

"...well, THAT was cryptic," Eddy commented.
"Double D's okay!!" Ed cried happily, hugging his resting, unconscious form.
Raz helped Shinichi up. "...thanks for the help." He cocked his head curiously. "Who ARE you, though? You look a lot like Felix."

"This is Felix's body. I am Shinichi Watanabe, his Guardian Angel... Now I suggest you catch him because my work is done and I'm leaving his body," Shinichi said. A flash of light later and Felix's wings turned black, eyes turned onyx, and hair turned black again. Suddenly Felix's eyes ended up rolling in the back of his sockets and he fell against Raz, whimpering something about Double D in his unconciousness.

"Whoa!" Raz caught Felix, frowning at the worry in his strained voice. He glanced over at the others, where Eddy was giving him an odd, confused look, and Ed was looking back innocently, holding Double D in his arms.
"....we should head back."

"Double D IS okay! See?" Ed tired to show Felix, but he was still unconscious. "Aww..."
"Don't worry about it, Ed..." Raz sighed, adjusting Felix until he was lying limply in his arms. "He'll see him when he wakes up."
"What the heck were they DOING here, anyways?" Eddy finally asked the question of the day. "And what the heck did that guy have against Double D?"

Ed looked between the two of them, seeming to actually understand.
Eddy, on the other hand, was clueless. "Huh??"
"Look, I'll tell you guys when we get back," Raz offered tiredly. "Let's just... go. Thanks for everything, Shinichi."
