There was also a brown beagle with white wings, small as the dachshund with the cap, and a husky, small as the spiky haired rottweiler, with two different-colored eyes.

Double D the dachshund sat up and shook his head... realizing that his face felt a bit longer than usual...
Looking down at his flat little paws, light ebony in color (like his hair) he yipped in surprise. He looked up at everyone else, gawking in horror at him and themselves.
In one simultaneous movement, they all turned to Mojo, growling.
"Yessss?"
He scooted back a bit as the trio of Ed pups leaped up to bark wildly at him in anger. He cackled in amusement.
"Bwahah! You're not threat to me now!" he smirked, kicking them aside. "Your powers are deactivated in this form, so I have nothing to fear, powerless pooches!!"

Masahiro growled and attempted to mind control Mojo Jojo... just to find the monkey's words confirmed. He looked confused at his powers not working. Felix, however, had run in, aiming to bite the hell out of Mojo's leg for kicking Double D.

Overhead, Giegue flew over the city, unsure of why. He hated public places afterall. He could sense strange and unnatural brainwaves though and it was unsettling. Landing on a nearby building, he peered down at a strange scene. The same demented monkey he saw in the caves as well as many dogs, all barking angrily at him.
"So...that's what that statue does?" he mumbled to himself.
Meanwhile walking on the streets below was another young boy with a baseball cap.
"Man...what's with all the dogs?" Ninten asked himself. He turned the corner only to hear the loud cackling of Mojo Jojo. Instinctively he hid behind a building and decided to see what was going on in hiding.
This can't be good...
(btw, please don't turn Ninten into a dog really early on...but later |3)

But it was easy for Mojo to sidestep Felix's attack and kick him aside as well. Whimpering, Double D nuzzled him to make sure he was okay. After all, it was a pretty hard kick to the chest.

Giegue continued to watch with unbridled interest.
"Hehe...Earth creatures are so simple-minded," he chuckled to himself. He shifted the position of his feet on the ledge he was standing on. Unfortunately it caused a small rock the size of a peanut to fall directly toward Mojo.

Bonking him on the head, Mojo straightened up, his eye twitching. Oddly enough, that set him off real quick.
"WHO DARES...!?" Without thinking twice, he swiveled around and unleashed the statue's power on the offender.
(don't stop it this time, Felix, saturn WANTS Giegue to become a dog XD)

Even if Felix wanted to stop Mojo, he couldn't; the pain in his chest was too much and Masahiro had run over to help... only to remember too late he couldn't do anything without opposable thumbs.

Giegue, however, had not predicted this at all and was struck by the beam.
"Gaaah!" he shouted as he fell below into a dumpster. Luckily the trash broke his fall.
Ninten took notice from the safety of his hiding spot.
"Was that......no it couldn't have been!"

Eddy was growled deeply towards Mojo, but he yelped in surprise at Giegue's crash landing. Ed was covering his head with his paws, still in the initial stage of shock and agony at the loss of his powers. Edd continued to nuzzle Felix, whimpering in fear that he wouldn't be able to self-heal in time.

Slowly Giegue managed to crawl his way out of the garbage. He wasn't sure what happened but he felt very strange. He felt smaller...and his face felt longer...and he felt...hair?
He looked down at himself and yelped. Not being of Earth, he had changed a bit differently then the other humans had. He turned into a strange, pale-blue furred dog.
Ninten was now positive that it was Giegue. He could feel the immense psychic power emanating from him. He was also positive that the power he could feel nearly disappeared completely as his greatest enemy was transformed into a canine.
Slowly he walked out of his hiding spot, completely forgetting about everything else but the Giegue dog. He approached Giegue with a completely shocked and confused face.
"G-Giegue?"
Ninten!? Giegue thought, also looking surprised, as if he wasn't already shocked from his transformation. (Ninten can read his thoughts due to telepathy)
Suddenly Ninten dropped to the ground laughing. Giegue was clearly not pleased.

Felix whimpered and tried to pick himself up, managing to do so painfully. Another figure sitting on top of the roof watching them, black wings hidden by the darkness, chuckled darkly. "Well brother... I never expected you to become such a... cute little puppy." Yes it was true and let it be known to man... Leon was a certain part of the male anatomy at that moment.

Those dorks! The little, red dog through angrily as it glared at Mojo. How stupid can they be?! I even tried to warn them! And that weirdo freaking kicked me! Now what do I do?!

"Alright, you miserable flea-bitten curs!" Mojo blared out through a megaphone, getting all their attention. "I, Mojo Jojo, am your master! And you will obey my commands like the dogs you are! Because I am your master! It is I who you will obey! Obeying commands is what you do! I will give you commands, and you will OBEY THEM MWAHAHAHA!!!!"
The dogs all gave each other blank looks.
