Physical Description: A white furred Albino Monkey wearing a red cape and a regal silver crown like helmet atop his head. The left and right sides of the helmet are open, allowing white hair to poke through. He also wears a pair of red pants.
Weapons: Specter CAN wield weapons if the need arises. Due to his past experiences granted him by his humiliating defeats at the hands of the Ape Escape heroes, he now carries his own gadget set with a pair of backhanded dual Stun clubs, a non-lethal laser pistol, a jetpack, and a remote control toy car.
Abilities/Powers: Specter’s genius is surpassed only by his powerful psychic abilities. Compared to most psychics, the most prominent being the members of the Psychonauts, Specter is a very powerful psychic. His abilities are often shown through a kind of visible form of pure energy, similar to chi, which allows him to shoot out energy beams and control various types of energy. Among these abilities, he can also brainwash people into doing his biding.
Skills: Specter is also a master of machines, able to build any machine, and an ability to invent that far surpasses anything any inventor has. Along with that, though he’ll sometimes hide behind his minions, Specter is a competent fighter and quite able to defend himself.
Personality: Specter is a snide piece of work and, when a plot seems complete, is often quite confidant in his work. He is often deceptively docile, but is rather short-fused, becoming enraged easily. Along with this, despite past defeats, Specter still has confidence that surpasses that of a certain other monkey evil-doer, but with his power and abilities, he often has good reason too.
Strangely enough however, it has been hinted that he thinks of his old owner, the Ringmaster of the circus often… Could he be a better person then he lets on?
History: In the beginning, Specter was nothing more then a popular circus act; an acrobatic act that loved nothing more then to entertain the audience. However, one day, after another act, a professor of great genius accidentally dropped his newest invention, ‘the Peak Point Helmet’, as he was taking his leave. As fate would have it, it was dropped in full view for Specter to see. Out of curiosity, he took the helmet and put it on.
The Peak point helmet had been designed to increase a person’s intelligence to astounding and often times bewildering levels. With this in mind, the sharp intake of intelligence took a toll on Specter, and with all of those new brainwaves, thoughts, and ideas, he went insane, suddenly believing that performing for the humans was some sort of humiliating punishment. In the end the thoughts made Specter what he is today.
In his first attempt to conquer the world, he captured a time machine from the same Professor that built his Peak Point Helmet and tried to change history, making him and his servants, labeled the ‘Pipo Monkies’ seem as long lived lords, and thus the lords of all the Earth. His plan however, was foiled due to the efforts of the simple-minded, but athletic and heroic boy Spike, Natalie, The professor’s daughter, and the Professor himself. After being captured, Specter’s helmet was removed, and he was returned to circus.
And so began a long sequence of events with Specter once more gaining a helmet, launching attack after attack, is soundly defeated each and every time, and has his helmet removed so he could resume his life as an actual monkey. However, three defeats finally taught him better, and the monkey permanently fused the Peak Point Helmet to his head, and became a full time evil doer. With his newly remade army of Pipo Monkies he, even now plots his next plot.
Other: Specter was just in the middle of pulling off his latest attacks on human society when a rift opened out of thin air, sucking him in. Now on Dimensional Island, Specter looks for ways to open his own portal and transfer his army to this new world in order to conquer it.
