Talk about your worst fear(s) here.
Me? I have a phobia of anything with eight legs. I don't care if it's a spider, a giant squid or even a made-up creture. Anything with eight legs scares the living daylight outta me.

Four numbers: 2012.

I'm not afraid of 2012, consider that when that time came, the Incans or Aztecs or whomever it was that predicted that were actually going to celebrate the coming of that date, because it meant the beginning of a new calendar.
My fear? Being trapped in a burning house.

2012? Okay then. If it's REALLY the apocalypse like everyone believes that it is, then I'll... DAMN! I can't think of anything right now. But I'll do something embarrassing!
Anyway my fear is Disney finally taking over the world through the powers of their marketing whores like Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers (good GOD I hate the Jonas Brothers)

Okay, yeah. Little embaressing, I know. XD But I'm silently dreading the day, still. Anyway, a more rational fear... losing my loved ones too early. I... I can't even imagine what my life would be like. It's totally inconcievable.

Yeah... That really would suck. It happened to me several times. Both of my paternal grandparents are dead. One due to cancer and the other in a car crash.

2012 marks the end of the Aztec calender (and the Olympic games coming to Britain), there's not much science behind it so there's no reason to get worked up about it. Although I heard something about an asteroid that is coming towards Earth, but it's only big enough to take out one state and has very little chance of actually colliding with Earth. Family deaths, for some reason, never bothered me. I skip the whole bereavement issue and accept it. I'm not trying to be hard or cool, I just find crying over something tragic completely pointless. Like my Grandpa died from an inflamed pancreas a few years ago, everyone was crying except me, it was pretty annoying really.

I think the Mayan calendar is simply going to go back to the start in 2012.
Other fears I have? *Blood (only large amounts of uncontrolled real blood, though. Stage blood, animated blood and controlled blood don't scare me one bit) *Losing my friends and family, especially my older sister. *Being sent to jail for doing nothing. *Tall buildings *I know this sounds kind of odd, but I'm afraid of seeing my dad in a pink Speedo.

*I know this sounds kind of odd, but I'm afraid of seeing my dad in a pink Speedo. lol XD Ooh, I forgot about heights. I'm VERY Acrophobic, and I don't like going anywhere really freaking high up. I remember while I was on a Service Project at my summer camp, we went to this one mountain to eat lunch, and I had a major freak out, which was NOT helped by some of the guys in the group deciding it was a good idea to jump the fence seperating the safe area of the mountain from where it was really steep and you could easily fall.

my friend came up with a funny theory concerning 2012, who ever made the calendar finally said, screw it, this this will end here, and if we survive that long, well then we'll make a new one.
any way's i've got a mild fear of heights, a bit if a fear of not winning state this year, not realy that much of a fear, if any thing, i'm afraid of trees.

I know this sounds kind of odd, but I'm afraid of seeing my dad in a pink Speedo. I'm pretty sure we're all afraid of that.

As for my phobias, well they are just things I avoid or hate. Hydrophobia - I just don't like swimming Pediaphobia - I HATE kids! My Asperger's syndrome also leads me to fear social contact, so I get nervous when speaking to people. I also get pretty paranoid, but some logical thinking cures this. Oh! I have a strong fear of roller-coasters. Once I was on a log flume and I nearly jumped off it cause I was so scared! XD

Ah... worst fears.
Heights are very fun for me. In fact, one day I'd like to bungee jump. I really do love heights. Especially when I'm looking off somewhere really, really high and a cool breeze comes on. I love that rush. But if there's no gate, no way in hell I'm looking out. XD
Roller coasters are pretty awesome too. I went on the Kingda Ka in New Jersey. dhsfjds fun! <3 2012 doesn't scare me either. It's... meh. |D" I don't believe in all that mystical crap. :O I had a convo with my brother about it, and he was talking about how Obama was gonna be the next dictator. wtf
One thing that frightens me is public speaking. (Glossophobia, apparently.) I get so nervous when speaking to an audience, I just can't get over that. And I also don't like getting quizzed on my social life. Like, I feel uncomfortable when answering questions about friends... and stuff. @_@

Ah, glossophobia! One of the biggest fears out there! Me, not so much. I was on my high school's Speech and Debate team (the third best in the state SHAH) for all four years. And my last Public Speaking GE class was a freaking BREEZE.
