"Ack! Coming!" Pit hurried in behind Mario. His foot alomst got caught when the door closed, but he just managed to make it.

The gate shut behind them and he beckoned for Pit to hide behind a stack of wood.
Mario examined the surrounding area. He looked as hard as he could for the source of the distress call. Then he found it, a small circle of shy guys were standing around a pole with a blonde haired boy tied to it.
"Lucas?" Mario gasped

"Whoa, what's Lucas doing here?" Pit questioned. "... I suppose that doesn't matter. We gotta help him!"

"That's the other problem...there's an entire army worth of shy guy's in here I'm sure. If we just charge out we'll get trampled by them."
Meanwhile Lucas struggled to get out while the shy guys teased him.

"Hmm... well, let's see..." Pit glanced over the Shy Guys and sized up their force. "None of them seem to be armed too well... What if I swoop around to distract them while you grab Lucas?"

"Right!" Pit swooped out into the open, letting out a big whistle. "Yoohoo! Over here!"

The group of shy guys, as according to Pit's plan, all looked over at Pit. They immediately left Lucas alone and ran after. They all pulled out slingshots and took aim.
"Dammit, forgot about that..." Mario mumbled, not wanting to yell to Pit. That would attract attention to himself and they hate him more than Pit. Mario quietly snuck towards Lucas.

"Slingshots? HA! That all you got!" Pit dodged their bullets with taunting ease.

"Mario! Boy am I glad to see you and Pit," Lucas sighed in relief as Mario started to untie Lucas.
"I'm just glad we showed up here," Mario replied after pulling out the last knot.
The shy guys continued to fire at Pit which wasn't working well until they heard a voice behind them.
"Hey shy guys!"
They turned around to see Mario and Lucas standing there looking quite unhappy. They all started to run until...
"PK Freeze!" Lucas released a PK freezed then jumped into the group with Mario and beat the ever loving crap out of them. Mario looked up at Pit and beckoned him to join.

"Great to see you too," Lucas smiled at him as he turned to whack away a shy guy with his stick.
"STOOOOOOOP!!" a voice suddenly shouted causing all the shy guys to stop, turn and salute. Mario and Lucas turned to see the source of the voice.
"What the hell's going on here!?" General Guy shouted.
