Personality: She thinks she's a cat. She acts like a cat. The only thing different about her and a cat is that she controls water as naturally as she eats fish. She can't even speak, she can only meow.
History: Anna was born to nekos and named before her parents were killed. She was found by a pack of wild cats who raised her to be like them. It was during the time she fell in the water while grabbing for fish that she learned of her water control. She learned how to do it until it was as natural to her as eating was. From that time on, she became known as the Lady of the Lake. Some call her the Kitty of the Lake.
