Personality: Numbuh Two is a brilliant and friendly though at times, he displays goofy behavior. He also has a habit for making jokes and catch phrases that usually only he finds funny.
History: Born in the United States, Hoagie Gilligan Jr. has always had a love for flying and technology. After creating an amatuer robot and winning a competition with it, he was approached with an invitation to enter the Kids Next Door and accepted. He trained at the KND Antarctic Training Base, where he met and became best friends with Austrailian recruit Wallabee Beetles (Numbuh Four). After they cleared the training program, Numbuh Two was assigned to Sector V as the team's technology expert.
Other: His brother, Tommy Gilligan was a Kids Next Door agent for only a day before he quit in order to save the other operatives.
