My god. I'm starting to hate utilities companies. They seem more and more desperate nowadays, don't they?
Seriously. Inside of two months, we've had our gas shut off and our power threatened to shut off, both of which we had to pay MORE to reactivate. Both times only I was at home for, and both jerks talked to me as if it was my fault.
Within the same time frame of two months, we've also had our directTV cut off more than once, our trash not picked up more than once, and, here's the kicker: some bitch screamed at my mom over the phone over a payment, when it was DAD that owed the money.
And don't get me started on all the mistakes they've been making. The power threat was resolved after they realized they put my dad's payment in the WRONG SPOT.
Geez. I mean, I know the economy's tough, and people make mistakes, but come on. A LITTLE professionalism and common curteosy wouldn't kill anybody.
