Weapons: Jeff's weapons include the Monkey Staff, which he can use in his Ranger Form, the Yellow Monkey Zord, the Water Spirit Zord, and the Pig Zord, which can all combine into the West Journey Megazord.
Abilities/Powers: Jeff can use his chi to teleport short distances.

Personality: Jeff is a cheerful, fun-loving guy but is typically peaceful. He tries to avoid fighting unless there is no other way. Some mistake this for cowardice, however, which can often be the exact oppisite. He has a crush on one of his teammates, the Black Fist Strike Ranger.
History: Jeff never knew who his parents were, though it turns out he is a descendant of Liu Mang. He was the Greenriver Monkey School's star pupil and, for this reason, was chosen by the Dragon Master to become one of the Fist Strike Rangers. During his service, Jeff came into posession of two extra Zords which were a gift to him from the Monkey King.
