Weapons: Several high-tech weapons, the most prominent being the Battle Ready Armor (BRA) which forms a suit of ninja armor around her. It looks like a regular bra when not in use.

Personality: She is a very cruel and sadistic person. If she is being nice to anyone, she's acting.
History: Back in her childhood, Cree was the former second in command of Sector V, where her sister Abigail was a new inductee to the Kids Next Door. While she was valuable on missions, she had a very bad attitude and constantly argued with her superiors. The final straw came when she turned 13 and was due to be decommissioned. Numbuh 11 escaped and betrayed the Kids Next Door by siding with the KND's biggest enemy, Father. Cree is now the leader of the Teen Ninjas, a group of teenagers dedicated to destroying the Kids Next Door and generally making kids lives miserable.
