Zero had already gotten bored downstairs. He was contemplating messing with some of the boy's less important files when he heard laughing and lame music coming from upstairs. He sat up, his interest in the entire situation repeaked. Oh yeah, the idiot was definently doing something he was going to regret later.
The white haired man stood up and walked over to the stairs. The door had been shut and he could tell there was a digital lock. What, was the kid stupid? He'd already gotten through one of his locks. The mere fact the boy had felt he need to lock himself in the lab was more than a little interesting. And certainly reason to take a look see.
Zero walked up the stairs and went into his viral form so he could get through the lock.

Oh, what a bad idea it is to enter the lock of Mandark, most paranoid boy in the multiverse. On so many levels. Let's take a look at the important, shall we?
Basically, the computer that Zero entered has a few uplinks to Mandark's security system that are hidden rather well. They sort of act as their own virus, attacking anything and everything that enters that wasn't already... y'know, inside. It's only useful in such a situation, as on the initial entry, it doesn't root out the intrusion, just takes note of it so if anything it's connected to is invaded, it goes Rambo mode. In fact, the name of it is rambo.exe, so... yeah...
"Robots are still cleaning, they just need a post or two more." Mandark called back. Couldn't drop his cover. Even NOW, he couldn't drop his cover.
Epic digital battle scene go.

Here's a note from the author: For sake of making any kind of sense with dealing with data, we're going to speak of this in more concrete terms. Fans of Digimon, you'll probably get this better than most. We now return to your regular program. -----
It's probably a good thing Zero had more capability in a digital world than in the physical one. Otherwise he probably would have been smashed against the side of what looked like a giant computer chip. As it were, he was able to jump out of the way of what looked like an 'effin thrown TANK.
He landed fairly well, skidding backwards several feet as he heard Mandark hide behind his totally blown cover. He looked and saw several black humanoid figures with scrolling binary data. He had to smile. If there was any doubt about the boy doing stupid stuff before, it was gone now.
He threw out his hands and attempted to send some distortion towards the "soldiers". However, the luck he'd been having lately finally decided to fail him and it fizzled out before reaching the opponent.
Well, f**k.
A "gun" of sorts materialized in the hands of the shadow figure and a projectile fired at Zero. He ran out of the way. Usually computer systems weren't all that hard, but apparently the fighting he'd been doing lately had still left him rather weak. He put his hand against the wall and willed a sentence to appear on one of Mandark's displays. He could still talk, after all.

Mandark had to think before responding. The cloning process was nearly done, and his cover was blown ANYWAY, so... why not?
Yes, Mandark typed back. Because talking to your door is still hella creepy.
He began to bite his nails a bit. What if the clone couldn't materialize before Zero did away with rambo.exe? What THEN?
...but on the other hand, this is Rambo we're talking about here. One man goes into jungle, one comes out? Well, it's that, only with more than one man. All after one sentient virus.
However, it was obvious that it would eventually lose to Zero. Mandark was okay with that. He just needed enough time for it to materialize. This is being repeated because around this time Mandark was reaching a state of panic.
A state by the name of Wisconsin. So. Much. Dairy-themed panic.

Zero jumped out of the way of a series of bullets. Not one had even come close to hitting him yet. And he was finally picking up on some surrounding data... Rambo wasn't the only one who could use his environment to his advantage.
He might not be able to delete data at the moment... but he could still rewrite it. He ran over and touched another wall, and suddenly other parts of Mandark's virus protection system were swarming the soldiers, keeping them rather busy.
It was obvious Zero was thinking of this as a game now. Ahd the processing power Mandark's computer was using was actually slowing the reaction time of the soldiers...

This was quickly turning bad. Worse even than any jokes I can make about Wisconsin. WORSE EVEN THAN ANY JOKES I CAN MAKE ABOUT SPARTA. ONCE THAT HAPPENS, STUFF HAS REALLY HIT THE FAN. HARD AND FAST.
Mandark typed back.
The soldiers did indeed have their hands full. It seemed that the more soldiers there were, the weaker each one was. It's not like they could all fuse into one Rambo, right?
...will the real Slim Rambo please stand up? Because that's totally what happened. BAM, there was one Rambo. BAM, he had one gun.
BAM, this was about to be awesome. Two go in...
...one comes out. And this isn't that sissy 'Terminator' style either, oh no. This is effin Rambo. THIS IS EFFIN SYLVESTER STALLONE.
It's like Superman meets Batman and they have an all-out brawl of epicness.
And Batman has no kryptonite, by the way. Even though Batman ALWAYS has kryptonite, he doesn't for this scenario.
"Almost... there..." Mandark mumbled to himself. It could be taken horribly out of context, but I feel I'm above that...
...THIS time.

Zero smiled. One target, eh? And the system was really going into processing overload. And Zero had a sick sense of humor...
Oh yeah. Zero TOTALLY just spammed the system. And it had at least one of the desired effects. The security system had come to a halt. Zero tried again, this time working with the data of the system to channel his energy.
I'll put it nicely. The virus protection system soldier exploded.

Well that went... quicker, than Mandark had expected. I could make another obscure pun here, but I choose not to...
...seems like Zero and rambo.exe had a real quickie, eh?
Bah, YOU try resisting making a lame pun after being set up for it and see how 'easy' it is.
Aaanyway. Much headdesking was had. Away from his keyboard, mind you. At least the materialization would be done extremely soon. Probably by the time Zero exited the lock, if the character was accepted. If not, Mandark anticipated it to be SOON.

Zero still had his hand against the wall. He could get a good beat on the system from here. However, what he picked up... [glow=green,5,000]-"......"-[/glow] You could almost HEAR Zero twitch.

Well, that was that, then. His cover was COMPLETELY blown. There was no going back, now. He was either about to be 'deleted' or saved by the clone. Two extremes in two direction, no middle ground.
Like America, in some senses.

Zero chose to ignore Mandark for a while. He was trying to get a beat on the program. And he managed it. He yanked his hand off the wall to avoid being heard and burst out laughing. Oh, that was rich. The irony was so unbelievable it... it was a really good thing Zero didn't need to breath. He may very well have laughed himself to death.
And the minutes ticked on with no word from Zero... outside of the system and Zero's head, it was probably quite worrisome.

It was, indeed, quite unsettling that the program had gone so silent. But Mandark chalked it up to his secondary defenses having actually WORKED for once. And then there was an electronic clicking.
By the time of the next post, assuming the character's been accepted, it would probably be time for the unveiling...

Zero recovered and placed his hand against the wall once more.
He used his access to the network to leave after that. He probably could have destroyed the program before fruition. Even afterwards, she was going to be terribly weak. But leaving it be? Would be so much more fun to observe.

Mandark went from chuckling, to sputtering, to scowling again. The phrase 'lolwut' can't even completely sum up his reaction. The scowl ruined the 'lol' part, in any case.
"For your information, I think incest is a wrong deed and have NO idea what you're talking about. And don't call me Susan, Nada." Mandark didn't know WHY he chose to say Zero's last name. Perhaps because it was the only really embarrassing part of his name?
In any case... Mandark's jaw dropped(figuratively, of course) at what happened next.

The distortion that had been around his computers was indeed an extremely pale shade of pink. As it shot out towards the other side of the room. Violently. Yeah, apparently the computers weren't fond of parts of Zero's coding.
It actually shot into a computer on the other side of the room, getting absorbed for a few seconds before filtering out again. As it appeared, two black dress shoes materialized, the data being about an inch above the forming entity at any given time. It was rather like something was being constructed data block by data block. After the shoes and small white socks were revealed came the black satin ties around the ankles.
And further up, the skin color was revealed. Normal caucasian. Wasn't tanned, but wasn't terribly pale either. The legs were slim, very comparable to a dancer's legs. The visible form flickered a bit, kind of like a fuzzy television. The advancement stopped as it flickered, but resumed once it stabalized.
When the pale pink skort was revealed, Mandark was probably getting a touch twitchy. It was like a slightly more professional version of an outfit he knew. It didn't help that the next thing that fully materialized was a black belt, to which the wrap of the skort was tied.
Then a semi-professional pale pink jacket. Well, at least it wasn't a jumpsuit. And the figure being formed was a bit older looking... the jacket had small black buttons, the snapping kind. They might have been describable as cute if Mandark thought that way. It was entirely likely he was twitching as the appearance fuzzied a bit before restabalizing.
About halfway up, the buttons were undone. But it also showed that while the chest was small, the figure was female. Not just feminine. Some data fell down from the neck area and swirled upwards, revealing long pale blonde pigtails. The head formed and it had probably gotten past too close to comfort to "OMFG NO WAY."
The eyes slowly opened, revealing that the mature shaped eyes were full of a naive youth. They were actually kind of a pretty shade of violet-blue. The form flickered again, and the girl wobbled a bit. She looked unstable... in more ways than one, actually.
